If I could give this place zero stars I would. My husband sent flowers and a tray of fruits for Valentine's Day. After storing everything and placing the flowers in a vase with water, I left for an event. Upon returning the same day, the flowers were dead and the fruit was spoiled. I tossed the fruit into the trash so my child wouldn't accidentally eat the spoiled fruit. I received a survey via email and filled it out letting the company know about the quality of the gift. Yesenia contacted me from the store to discuss the survey that was sent. In summary, I was told that I didn't take proper documentation of the spoiled fruit nor did I go out of my way to bring the items back to them to show them the quality, so there was nothing she could do but replace the products. Keep in mind I was unaware of what store these items came from as it was gift. I also explained that this wasn't even about me. My husband was upset because he tried to do something nice for me, and the products were unsatisfactory. Please be mindful of ordering from this store. I don't want to post the back of flower arrangement because it was so disappointing. I have ordered from this location multiple times but only fruit arrangements. This time I took a chance on adding flower bouquet as well. I got to my mother's house and I noticed base didn't have water and flowers still had that plastic colored flower sleeve around. I proceeded to take plastic sleeve off and the rubber bands that are holding flowers together . I realized multiple flowers flopped down and started falling off . Mind you this is a $76 dollar flower arrangement that includes 3 roses some other fillers and greenery . That amount alone is a high price to pay for such arrangement. I called manager whose name is Silvia up and voiced my sadness and dissatisfaction and disappointment in the way the bouquet was delivered and handled. I even told manager of how I get these beautifully crafted arrangements from Willow Branch florist for almost same price and much better handled and with more beautiful roses and plenty of them and water included . I was told the flowers are shipped and there is no control on that. I proceeded to tell manager that there must be some human that oversees the picking of bouquet and delivery to customer. That is the main check point to assuring that the best products go out to customers . I was then told the base is what makes some of the price. At that point I realized that manager was just going to continue to find ways to counter act their shortcomings. After a long talk , I was offered to bring flowers back to shop and pick up a bouquet of my liking. My thoughts are these. The recipient has already received the crappy service. Then on top of that you are going to try and fix error by making customer travel back to your shop and waste time to have your mistake made right. That's not customer oriented service.
