I order the "Because of you mother bouquet" for mother's day of course for delivery with the "bundle package" and a card msg saying I love you mom. ( by the way they wont write any msg in spanish). Any way.... when they delivered what I "order" it was completely miserable no ballons no card no msg saying happy mothers day no personal msg sayin I love you mom. NOTHING it was a plain bag with the fruits and that was it. Even tho my mom love the fact that I send something for mother's day to her work place I was still feeling devastated because the gift looked sad with no special details thanks to Edibles in Reston VA. I will never order something from here ever again on a special date like mother's day or any other day period. First and last time doing business with these people!! read more

I called yesterday and spoke with someone in this location and confirmed that my order will be the FIRST deliver! Around noon My BF said someone called him when he went to the gate the delivery guy told him he FORGOT my order!! This is terrible and unacceptable service! I want full refund! read more

Placed an online order on 8/11 to be delivered Friday 8/28 The arrangement was not delivered. I tried calling the store. I tried calling the corporate headquarters I called all the customer service help numbers not one person picked up. I tried again on Saturday all Saturday morning no one picked up. I called on Monday morning and was told that the store was closed but the person who answered the phone couldn't help me. I would never buy another arrangement from this company again horrible customer service. I know Covid is a hard time for people but you can't just take orders and $140 and not deliver. I consider that stealing. read more

One and a half stars. The concept behind this franchise is cute. After all, if the gift is going to be temporary, why not make it consumable? But as much beauty as there can be found in art, I can't accept that what I sampled from this place was sour. Dipping a poor selection of fruit in chocolate does not make the experience okay. If you'd told me that they sourced their fruit from the grocery store in the same plaza, I'd believe you because their produce isn't so hot, and neither was this. They're only getting another half star for decent service and free sample promos, but I won't be back. read more

I SHOULD HAVE READ ALL THOSE USEFUL COMMENTS BEFORE I MADE THE ORDER!!!!! MY HUGE MISTAKE. - 2 stars because Customer service is good. - Chocolate covered Strawberry is what I have ordered. Those strawberries don't look like what they shown in the pic. It can't even be compared to the same product I picked up from the the Arlington Store. There's a HUGE diff. The strawberry shapes are UNEVEN, LONG, and NARROW. Come on now! SIZE MATTERS! What's going on with all these inconsistencies? It needs a control for inventory purchasing or receiving process! read more

i previously posted-- i said i hadn't received my arrangement after 3 days. TRY TWO WEEKS. it's STILL NOT HERE and only after my boyfriend called them ten times did they answer and do anything about it. and they didn't even offer to waive the price. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND USELESS. i'm about to explode. read more

A friend purchased an arrangement for my birthday, but I did not find out until three days later when they finally left a note on my front door because I was at work every time they tried to deliver. The note did not have an order number or date, just their telephone number and address. When I called, I went through a ridiculous rigmarole trying to help them find my order, and had to repeat my information numerous times because the person apparently didn't understand much English. I finally gave up and said I would pick the damn thing up myself, but I will just ask for a store credit instead. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone who wants timely service or good customer service with employees who understand English. If you're up for an exercise in frustration, though, then this is the place for you. read more

Well, for the price I paid and supposed to be delivered Saturday. Now, Sunday night still not delivered! Tried calling their store today, no answer! The voicemail will just give you the longest ad. I'm supposed to be excited for my order to be delivered as a surprise to a good friend of mine. Now, I'm frustrated. I paid a $13.99 for the delivery. They're not doing a great job. Monday night: I got a text from the recipient. She actually received it Sunday, but the card is missing! Great job Edible Horrible! The sweet message and the note where it came from was MISSING! I'm so disappointed. You guys deserve a half star! read more

My Mother-In-Law RAVED! EXCELLENT! I can't wait to place an order and have it delivered to ME, the way she went on and on about how awesome the gift was. She said the strawberries were HUGE and PERFECTLY ripe. She said even the packaging was awesome! read more

The worst experience ever placed an order @10am and called at 5:00pm to check on status it was not deliver yet they told me it will be deliver in less than hour, and 2 hours later still not being deliver, As you can imagine I did not want the deliver anymore how fresh can that be, in addition I was placed on hold while they contact the driver not to deliver the order and only until then they cancelled the Order, very bad experience overall If you want your arrangement to be deliver on time stay away from this store, how can they guarantee freshness, disgusting! read more

got an order from this place and half the bouquet was gross. Strawberries were old. Called and spoke to the manager who refunded $8 to the gift giver (why would you make them feel bad that you sent a bad product), instead of just sending us a new bouquet. Those things cost like 60-80, for the large ones. An 8$ discount is hardly a show of good faith. Don't go to this one! read more

My oldest daughter received the chocolate strawberry's as a college grad gift. They were left on the porch (pandemic) in a nice box with a balloon. They were delicious and she loved them. So I decided to get an arrangement for my HS senior daughter grad. I ordered a nice 2020 platter on her "grad" date (again pandemic). It arrived on the date, looked just like the picture- really festive. The fruit was delicious and I was very happy with the delivery. Surprised by all the bad reviews because our experience was very good! Will order from them again for sure. read more

I picked up a preordered arrangement at the designated time, the fruit was not very fresh and the melon was soggy/droopy. I question the hygiene of this establishment, it looked a bit dingy and an unpleasant aroma hit my nose as soon as we walked in. The arrangement was definitely not worth the price. read more

Awful customer service. Say one thing over the phone and then don't honor it in person. Rude owner and managers.

I ordered a produce box Friday March 20, 2020 and it was suppose to be delivered that day but it didn't, I did receive the next day and it was worth $20. Fruit was so sweet and delicious and fresh and a whole cantaloupe and banana and apples and oranges were all very yummy! read more

I've received and given these beautiful fruit bouquets in the past, but never from this location. The other morning, I wanted to bring a welcome back gift to one of my staff who had been out for 6 weeks. She loves fruit, so I thought this would be a nice change from flowers. I placed my order on-line the evening before. It gave me the option of pick-up or delivery and even asked me to specify the time I wanted it to be ready. I opted to pick it up so I could give it to her first thing in the morning. I arrived at the store that morning and they had no record of my order! I brought the printed confirmation with me, but she basically told me that was meaningless since they didn't have it on their end. After the clueless girl behind the counter spent 10 mintues searching, I asked her just to refund my money since clearly I could not stand there and wait while they made it. She told me "I just work in the back making baskets, I can't do refunds, I'll have to have my manager call you when she gets in." What?? I spent $62 on-line and you have no basket for me and now I have to wait for someone to call me??? The store should not be open until someone who can process payments is there! That afternoon, I get a voicemail from the manager who apologized, but basically told me it's a flaw in the website that they don't tell people the store needs a minimum amount of time to make the order. So in other words, go ahead and order on-line, but it's up to the store to tell YOU when they;ll have it ready, even though you pick the time on-line. It makes no sense. Needless to say, I went next store to Safeway and bought flowers instead. I will NEVER order from this poorly run establishment again. As a funny side note, the clueless girl at the counter took a phone call while I was standing there waiting for her to find my order. It was a loud voice on the other end of the phone complaining about their order. Her response to him? "I'll have my manager call you when she gets in and she will most likely offer you a complimentary basket." Guess it's a pattern at this place. Hope that guy got something. I was offered nothing but excuses. read more

Why do I get suckered in. $100 for fruit, balloons, and a teddy bear on Valentine's Day. Delivery was on time, but they forgot the bear. I tried to call about it that day, but the phone would ring and never pick up. I called the following day, and someone curtly said, "I have a customer in the store and you need to call back." (This is 2 years after the Glover Park store never delivered my order). Done with them. read more

This store honestly went above and beyond their responsibilities to make sure my Mother's Day order was delivered. I placed a same-day order and they went to deliver it but no one was home and so I called them and I didn't even I have to ask for them to try to deliver again, they offered it right away and had it delivered within 15 minutes. They even called me to tell me my delivery was successful. I appreciate the communication and willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you so much!!! read more

I was suppose to receive chocolate covered Strawberries on Friday 10/12/12. They attempted delivery at 8:40 in the evening...whats with that????? We were out for the evening, and we hadn't received a phone call to prepare us for delivery. Next morning we get a call to let us know they will re deliver and ask when we will be home. We told them all afternoon. Didn't get the strawberries till around 7PM, Keep in mind how well strawberries keep....NOT! Also, they called us late afternoon saying they couldn't find the address meanwhile someone from their company had tried to deliver the night before...I don't get it???? By the way...our home is about 3miles away from this facility. Anyway...I feel bad for my friend who mean't to send a nice gift so I wouldn't complain to her...however you the public needs to know since fruit and edibles like this are very perishable and expensive when sent in this manner. read more

I placed the order yesterday online, for a delivery for today. I wanted to send something a bit different to my husband. I ordered an edible Arrangement totaling almost $90 for a friend's birthday. The person receiving the arrangement had to call around to find out who sent the edible arrangement because this company didn't ensure that my name was on the card. Later that night, I finally received a text from the birthday girl asking if I sent her the arrangement. When I called Edible Arrangements to ask why my name wasn't on the card they gave me a ridiculous excuse and said that they are not responsible for reading the card to ensure that the information is correct. I will never use this location again. Very poor customer service.kaycee read more

We have had good experience with orders from Burke, VA. So I should have looked at the reviews for this location before I choose it for delivery to a Reston resident for a wedding. The orders came with barely half of what is shown in the picture. No one was there to pick up the phone, and when the manager talked to me. He was so angry like I am bothering him like I have time to do that. It was a waste of my time and money. I don't have time to call Corporate, but here it is for your future usage: 203-774-5330. read more

HORRIBLE Valentine's Day experience! First, let me say that I placed my order 3 weeks in advance, so it's not like I was a "last minute" customer. Now, for my experience... I wanted to send chocolate covered strawberries to my fiancee at work on Valentine's day. When I placed the order, I specifically stated in the comments section that my fiancee leaves work at 2:30p, and provided the name of a coworker who could provide access to the building. At 1p on Valentine's Day, there was still no word from Edible Arrangements, so I tried to call the Reston store (where I'd placed the order). The phone was busy. After several unsuccessful attempts to call the store, I sent them an Internet message - no reply. My fiancee actually stayed at work til 4:00 on Valentine's Day, and by 4:00, her order had still not been delivered. I again tried to call the store to cancel my order, and the line was still busy. I sent another email message to cancel my order, and again... no response. At about 4:45, I received a call from the delivery person asking if I was at my financee's work (letting me know he never read the comments section of the order which would've told him who to contact). He identified himself as the manager of the store, so I expressed my dissatisfaction and told him to cancel my order. His response? "It's Valentine's Day, and we are very busy today." Well, no kidding! You think!?!?! Didn't you see that coming?!?! Anyway, my refund has allegedly been processed, though I've never been contacted (via phone or email) by anyone from Edible Arrangements to confirm this. I can't speak to the quality of their product, because I never tasted it, but their customer service SUCKS! Looks like Shari's Berries will be getting my business from now on. BTW, I paid a $12 delivery fee, which (in my opinion) should've guaranteed prompt delivery. read more

Ordered an arrangement for a business colleague to be delivered at a certain time. The arrangement did not come on time and when I called the store, the 'manager' made excuses about opening late (no power). I suggested the least they could have done is call people waiting on orders at specific times. He said the best he could do is deliver by 3 pm. When I said I specifically needed the arrangement by noon fit a reason, he said I didn't fill in the details correctly when ordering. I will never order from this location again. The 'manager' was rude, insensitive to his customer's needs, and offered nothing but excuses. Beware. read more

Oh where to start!!! This may be the worst run business I have ever dealt with. I don't mean Edible Arrangements, I use them the for both work and family. The Reston store however, is...WOW, just awful. My wife and I have used them four times. Each time it was worse then the last. If she calls, I the guy spends most of of the time hitting on her. If I call, I get goofy guy, or rude guy. (Nether knows anything useful) For the price, the fruit is mushy and smelly, it NEVER (or as in the last case, ever)shows up on time. If you have to deal with a manager, I'm soooo sorry for you. I won't say his name, (Starts with an "R") the man is a nightmare. He is rude, tries to talk down to you all the while using the worst grammar. They never delivered the arrangement, but he had the nerve to tell me "I can't have my money back because that's not how it's done. They can't just be given money back to all da people cuz they would make no money." When I told him how often we shop with them his reply was "So?". Edible Arrangements is a good idea, but don't use this store. Or, as we have now done. Buy some tins and bake cookies. It's more from the heart anyway. PS: Why can't I choose to give them "0" stars? read more

Will NEVER order from here again!!!!!!!! I placed an order at 7:30am and at 2:45 discovered that my husband still hadn't received it at his job. He leaves work at 3:00. The lady at the store had to call the driver who said he was going to the building at that moment. So I paid $60 to have fruit delivered to my husband as he was literally walking out the door so he could "enjoy" his gift on his drive home. The lady's excuse to me was that they "don't have control over the deliveries." Well then who the heck does?!?! An absolute waste of freakin money!!!!! Never again!!!!!! read more

Imagine my frustration with this Edible Arrangements (EA) location (Reston VA) when I tried to pick up an arrangement for my husband's birthday using a Groupon I had purchased. Now to be accurate in setting the scene, my Groupon had expired but per standard Groupon policy, even though the promotional offer had expired, I was still entitled to a credit on a future order in the amount that I paid for the Groupon. Being the detail-oriented consumer that I am, I made sure to confirm upon placement of this order (over the phone) that using the Groupon would be no problem and that the credit value would be honored upon pickup. So I arrive for pickup and first the young lady tells me that she doesn't know anything about Groupon and had never heard of such (despite the fact that I'd previously used one of my 3 purchased EA Groupons at this location). So after reading the "fine print" on the Groupon voucher and still not understanding, she then had to call the EA store owner who told her that he didn't know anything about any Groupons and to call the Groupon company. (We're now 20 minutes into this doomed interaction). Groupon walked her though all that I was entitled to but the young lady still had to call the store owner back to tell him what Groupon had told her. After all of this back and forth (and another 20 minutes), they offered me 50% of the credit I was due AND a smaller arrangement than I originally ordered. WOW! I don't know why I didn't jump on THAT deal! Ultimately, after COMPLETELY wasting my time, I walked out without my arrangement AND with yet another gripe against this company and their business practices. I'm DONE with Edible Arrangements at this point...if you feel otherwise, I hope your experience is 700 times better than mine. read more
