The flowers were prepped at the Ajax location but I was able to specify them for pick up at Pickering Town Center which was more convenient for me. I made a quick call to customer service as I was a little confused as to where the flowers were ending up at first but it was sorted out with no problem and the rep was very friendly. As for the actual flowers, they were fresh, colourful, and with some not quite blooming yet which is absolutely perfect so the recipients can enjoy their flowers in full bloom. Needless to say mom and grandma were very impressed!

This was my first experience ordering flowers from Reeds so I'm not sure if all locations are like this but avoid the Pickering Town Centre location. especially when the coloured hair girl is working. bouquet was 84$ which is expensive for what i received. for my trouble i was offered compensation but after days of not hearing from them, i called back and they offered a 20% of my total in gift cards which wont do me much good since i will not be returning with my business.

This quaint but beautiful shop is located in an assuming plaza in West Rouge. The owner, Sarah, is a consummate professional with eyes for details and she has arranged countless beautiful bouquets for my family and friends. I only wish I still had photos of all the arrangements I've gotten from Sarah over the years to show just how beautiful her arrangements are. She has gorgeous, rare flowers she expertly crafts into one of a kind bouquets and over the years, she started carrying other locally hand-crafted items such as soy candles, bath products, gourmet foods and other items that are perfect for that last minute gifts. I have personally tried out some dips, candles, shower scents, teas and they were all excellent quality.
