This florist changed my order completely! It was unrecognizable! When I arrived I could not find my arrangement, I had to check each arrangement. I called and was very upset - they were unapologetic and quite frankly rude - I was not contacted to say that they could not fulfill my order and perhaps we could do something else as I would have expected. The flowers sent were of good quality but it was not what I ordered and I spent well over 200 for the arrangement. The manager called and spoke with me then sent me a 6 inch poinsettia as an apology! I found them after walking into a friends house and the scent was so powerful. I then tracked them down to a flea market and discovered how I can always get them here, at Wilbe Bloomin!
