This quaint but beautiful shop is located in an assuming plaza in West Rouge. The owner, Sarah, is a consummate professional with eyes for details and she has arranged countless beautiful bouquets for my family and friends. I only wish I still had photos of all the arrangements I've gotten from Sarah over the years to show just how beautiful her arrangements are. She has gorgeous, rare flowers she expertly crafts into one of a kind bouquets and over the years, she started carrying other locally hand-crafted items such as soy candles, bath products, gourmet foods and other items that are perfect for that last minute gifts. I have personally tried out some dips, candles, shower scents, teas and they were all excellent quality. I look forward to having Sarah's shop in our area for many more years to come and I highly encourage anyone who has not been to this shop to come check out this West Rouge gem.

First, when I received the email for my free birthday box of dipped fruit, I called the store and asked (like I did last year) to have consist of dipped pineapple only. This year I was told that I had to make a purchase of $30 in order to get it. It clearly states in the email that this is the case if you're ordering online but not if you're picking it up in person, which I was, and I didn't have this issue last year. I called another store to verify and the instructions I understood were correct. I called the Pickering location back to place the order and was then told that I was not eligible for it since I was not in their system. ??? Not only had I placed the order for my husband's 60th last year in March but I had also placed another order from this location for my father's birthday last May. I also spend hundreds of dollars a year at Edible Arrangements for corporate occasions. Explain to me how I am not in the system. Clearly they were having some technical issues. The gentleman I spoke to FINALLY agreed to give me my birthday gift but by this point, it had soured my day. The next issue happened this week when my friend had sent me, what was supposed to be an amazing arrangement of dipped daisies (which are my favourite) with the addition of salted caramel chocolate dipped apple wedges (which are my husband's favourite). The picture below is what was ordered (from the website order page) and what was delivered. Now, I didn't know in advance what she had ordered so I took a picture of what I received and text her it along with a thank you. Needless to say, she was a tad upset. I'll also include a picture of the replacement arrangement that came the next day. If your planning on ordering from this location, I suggest you check with the recipient to ensure they received what you ordered (and paid) for!! Very disappointing.

The cookies are fresh. In the past I was able to purchase these same maple cookies at Cross Border U.S. - Canada shopping by vehicle Duty Free many years ago which I greatly missed. Since I am unable to return to The Great White North I can now bring something from Canada into the U.S. Purchasing direct from manufacturer is always great without any hurdles. The maple cookies are very tasty. I had no problems with shipping from Canada into U.S. N.B. The charge will be in Canadian dollars onto my credit/debit card but my bank converts into American dollars.

I was really happy to come across this store in Hillcrest Mall. In terms of Totoro merchandise, there were colour variations I don't normally see, especially green. Of course, there are many sizes and colours of plushies to choose from, but also tote bags, figurines, and some neat in-store art decor that were all different from what I normally find. The really neat section for me is The Little Prince merchandise, which you don't tend to find much of elsewhere. Here, it rivals the extent of the Ghibli selection, with books, clothing, mugs, plushies, and puzzles. I was really eyeing the $45 Fox plushie, which was really nicely made, but I turned to one of their wooden 3D laser cutting puzzles instead, along with a mug that actually is from France. There were several books to choose from that went from toddler to adult level, including an absolutely gorgeous pop-up that really was more like a work of art for the coffee table. It's not a large space, but the amount of stock is still pretty good. The staff were polite and efficient in ringing up my purchases. When I saw the payment terminal I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get a paper receipt, but thankfully, it was provided without a hitch. This store is good enough to make Hillcrest Mall a return destination for me. If you're into Studio Ghible, The Little Prince, or Bandai, I would highly recommend checking them out. If you're into wooden puzzles and unusually themed puzzles as well, same. You can also check out their their website first to see what kind of merchandise they carry. The girl who helped me making the arrangement was very nice and friendly and she had a beautiful hand written note that I would like to add a message on the card. The next day when we are picking up the flower, the other girl helped us with the pick up. But the message that we want for the flower didn't indicated anywhere. So we asked, and she just said I don't know anything? Why would you not know anything if it is actually showing on the copy of the receipt???
