Ordered an arrangement today from Edible Arrangements, Odessa, Tx. . Picked them up after 1:00 pm refrigerated until 6:00 pm and I could not be more disappointed. The chocolate covered strawberries were the smallest I have ever seen from any business. All the fruit was past it's prime in my opinion. I will never buy anything here again. Beautiful arrangement, fresh and delicious and delivered right on time! I sent my husband this arrangement at work, and jokingly noted on the order that the delivery person read the card aloud to him (a little funny embarrassing poem) and she actually did it! how cool is that? love this place!!! Sending flowers is ok, if that's your thing, but I love the idea of sending something that you can eat and enjoy! Ordered a basket worth 157.20 after taxes for my wife's birthday. I asked if it could be delivered for a current time and they said yes that it would be ok. Never got delivered before that time I called two hours later and they told me that it wasn't there fault that it wasn't delivered on time. So that they would send it out again. Finally it got there 5 hrs later and the fruit that was dipped in chocolate was a mess chocolate all melted. Never will I order from them again. read more

I had an order that was completely messed up and delivered in sections however , when I was able to reach her she was very apologetic and made a bad situation into a good one. You can tell she really cares about her guests and making it right for them. Thank you Lindy for turning it around for me. They why are your posted hours 9-5 if you're not going to be there? Why even allow ordering options if you are not going to fulfill them!? Just make me waste my time! I made an order to get an arrangement for my wife's birthday. I placed the order the day before, before noon. I ordered the one with a martini glass for the base. A lady called the day the order was supposed to be delivered to tell me that they were out of those glasses and would have to use a coffee mug. I said it was fine. My order never showed up. I called and left a message. Never heard back. Called the next day to see where the order was and didn't get a straight answer. The lady said she wasn't the one who messed it up so she didn't know. She was supposed to call back when she found out. Never heard back from her. The order finally showed up a couple hours later. It did not have the martini glass or the coffee mug. I have used Edible Arrangements for many gifts. First time with this location...and last. I placed my order on the site for a bday delivery approx 11:45 am 5/3 with verification it could be delivered that day. I got a call back later in the afternoon it could not be delivered until the next day. This is an internal problem. I am familiar with Odessa and Midland. The person on the phone had an attitude rather than empathizing. Still, I agreed to the next day delivery. I was assured it would be a morning delivery. Then the next day I saw an email notice in the afternoon that attempt was made and no delivery. I contacted them. First person was incredibly rude. Outright unprofessional. No attempt to problem solve. I asked why the driver did not attempt to contact me or the recipient and asked for verification. I was told, "I'm not the driver. That's not my job." My response was (in shock), "WOW. This is not good customer service". She put me on hold and got someone else. Second person who was more friendly. She contacted driver. Driver confirmed no call was made attempt was apparently made during lunch time. The office was shut down, but no one was notified there was a delivery. I verified my son would be there the rest of the day. He was expecting delivery. With Covid doors are still locked on many businesses. Such is the case with this one. There was discussion from EA Odessa that if there were further issues delivering to the office address they would just deliver to his apartment complex, but they would call me. We insured his phone number. I knew they had mine. I was assured delivery would be made that day. No one attempted to call me or my son (recipient) rest of day. HE...not the Oldessa Edible Arrangements...notified me delivery never showed. I left message on Odessa store's VM for order to be cancelled well before their close of business yesterday. Never heard back. My son notified me delivery was made today (11:25 on 5/5). I own businesses & coach others. If there are hiccups...no matter what they are...customer service and problem solving are essential. I don't like doing negative reviews like this. I try to see the grace in the situation. I will not use this location or refer it to anyone else. I have requested a refund. read more

I placed an order online 8/23 for delivery on 8/24. On 8/24 around 2:00 I noticed the delivery had not been made, so I called the store to inquire about my delivery, I was told by Marissa that my order was ready, but the delivery driver was in Midland at the time. Once she was done in Midland she would complete the Odessa deliveries. Marissa stated that she could not give an exact time, but she guaranteed it would be delivered by 5:00pm. It is now 5:54 pm, and I received a call from Marissa who states that something happened to the delivery driver so my order would not be delivered. I have the option of waiting till Monday or getting a refund. I asked why did she wait until they closed to let me know I wouldn't be able to get my order delivered, and she states she had other things to do. I am highly pissed off because I called to inquire and instead of being up front and honest I get the run around, followed by no delivery.
