Love nothing bundt cakes! Always so friendly and kind and always quick with service! Every location I've been to has been great

This place has gone down hill. You can hear workers in the back but no one comes to the front. You can preorder & they still will not have your order ready big or little. The front workers sweet but so unaware of urgency. The floors are disgusting. The place needs to be dusted & despiderwebbed. read more

When a business doesn't give you the entirety of the order, and then tells you to call Uber Eats to have the rest delivered..that says everything I need to know about a business. Terrible customer service and I will not be ordering from this location again read more

Great product. I thought it was the smaller ones though especially for the price but it was good.

After some of the other reviews I was somewhat apprehensive about going in. It was all totally unfounded as the two ladies working couldn't have been more nicer. They have way more available than I was aware of. I figured I'd pop in get a small one and go. No, it didn't work that way. I had a hard time making up my mind they all look and sound so good. I just wimped out and chose the plain cake. WOW!! First bite and I'm smitten. That had to be the moistest cake I've eaten in 55yrs of living. It doesn't have that fake taste it's just like a Grandma would make. I can't believe how just plain good it was not a WOW knock your socks off. Just a perfectly smooth flavour with just the right sweetness. As for the two ladies working, they give me new hope for CS in Midland. As they were friendly and nicely chatty. They were taking phone calls, but you know they still have you in mind as they just made me feel like I was in a a small town bakery where everyone knows each other. I will definitely make this my desert/snack place when ever I'm looking for a sweet fix! As for the other reviews, I know one of them is just a chronic complainer. She's never happy no matter where she goes. Just stop by and say high and and have a slice of homey wholesomeness. You sure will enjoy it. read more

Their cakes are delicious! Friendly staff and welcoming when my daughter and I stepped in the store. I am hoping to try all their flavors. So far loving the red velvet. read more

Service is quick and easy, the staff are nice, the cakes are delicious. Overall great place!

I love this place! I've never had an issue and the cakes are always so moist and so good! Great customer service as well!!

@Care T, really if bad customer service was not who you are, negative reviews like mine would include other issues with your store, but they don't. The negative reviews left are all regarding your poor customer service & rude staff. You might want to think about that. As I remarked, YouTube has some great customers service training tools you might consider adopting to your culture. It's just my opinion & your business reputation, that's all! read more

Best Bundt cakes. Ever. Love love love their icing! Can't wait to go again. For being Bundt cakes they have quite the variety of cake & icing flavors & I'm a sucker for anything sweet. The ladies that helped me were really sweet, service was fast & the store was super clean and smelled amazing. I'll be visiting often! read more

Never disappointed here! They're always coming up with new ideas for festivities and holidays going on! The cakes are always fresh and delicious! Great for hosting parties ! read more

My review is totally on there customer service! As much as we love these cakes, not sure I'll go back. I ordered a cake and it was to be ready at noon. I got there about 1230 and waited another 10 minutes as they were putting it together. It obviously WASNT ready. As I was leaving I noticed it was missing a flag that was supposed to be on there. I went back in and told them and they girl took it to the back. While I was waiting again, I noticed it was also missing a photo card. I told a different girl so she could go to the back and let the other girl know but she just said "we don't have those" I let her know that's what they were showing online and that's what I thought I was getting. She just said "well, we don't have them. People don't order those often so we don't have any" No apology, no sincerity, just plain rudeness. She basically didn't give a crap. Never had a problem here before but I won't be back if this is the way the treat, talk to and take care of their customers. read more

These three stars are in no way reflective of the quality of the product at Nothing Bundt Cakes. This location's cakes are awesome as the next Nothing Bundt Cakes. So on that alone they would deserve 5 stars. I love their cakes and every time I go in to a new location, it is usually a very happy experience. This location however was different. I mean it was clean and as beautiful as ever but there was no one in the store. I stood there for probably a full minute before a lady came from the back. I greeted her warmly and cheerfully , anticipating an awesome visit to the store as I have experienced at several other NBC locations . She was a little cold and brash. It was almost as if I was disturbing her and she could not wait for me to leave. She could not have put my cake in a box any faster if she tried. As a matter of fact before I had left the store, she had returned to the back and left me in the store on my own. I remember leaving the store slightly confused, wondering what on Earth had just happened! read more

Love that they open at 9am and are always so helpful when trying to decide what flavor to pick. My favorite is the lemon, if you can't decide. read more

The cakes are amazing!!! I went to buy some the other day and I noticed some flavors I hadn't seen before the lady that helped me(an older lady) was very rude and acted as if she didn't want to help me at all. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. She was extremely cold and I asked about certain cake availability and she told me that if I ordered online I wouldn't have to worry about there not being any available and as soon as she rung me out and put the cake in the box and the small one in the bag she just walked to the back and left me there very disappointed with this store read more

Debra is such a sweet person! absolutely love the cakes! great service with great desserts!

I hate this place because of the customer service. When i found this place i was really excited because im not from midland. I used to go and always order a dozen Red velvet minis because i dont like any other flavor, with no problem. The last 3 times they told me they cant do it for me because they cant make customs orders. I told them i use to buy the same thing, and the girl answer was, well, it depends what flavor you want. Today i went in at 5pm and the answer was they were closing their frosting machine. Which i have no idea what is that. And they are suppose to close at 6pm. read more

I visited today to make arrangements for my daughter's bridal shower. I walked in, and the lady behind the counter did not say a word, or even look up to acknowledge that I was in her shop. She was busy crafting a ribbon arrangement. I continued to look at the cases, and still, nothing. A customer came in to order her "personal favorite," and commented that she should receive frequent flyer points. The employee immediately came to life, and filled her order with a greeting, smile, and speed of delivery. Customer service is everything, and I was prepared to fulfill my daughter's wishes. Unfortunately, the employee behind the counter at "Nothing Bundt Cakes" has convinced me that my daughters' bridal shower may best be catered by someone else. So disappointed. I really expected so much more. Worst customer service in Midland. read more

Their cakes are so moist, they don't even need frosting. But their rich cream cheese frosting is just too good to forego!! We get their cakes for every birthday!!! and so many flavors to choose from you can't go wrong!! My favs are red velvet, chocolate, spice, raspberry and lemon (all depending on what mood I'm in) it's always so hard to choose! They always have a sample to try, and fun birthday candles for your cake too! read more

Amazing cakes! This is our go to spot for cakes for any celebration! It's easy to pop in and get a few small cakes in a variety of flavors. I have also placed a larger order and the process was very easy. The cakes are so moist and all the flavors are delicious! Love this place! read more

Amazing! Had their velvet cake for the first time today husband brought it home from his work and best moist velvet cake I ever had and I love velvet cake definately will get cake from there again in the future read more

Just like any other Nothing Bundt Cakes location. I'm glad there is one in Midland for when I am craving something sweet! I have nothing bad to say about this location. I went recently to grab a bundtlet for my roommate's birthday and I was sad to see the new feature flavor wasn't in stock at the front. The person that helped me was super friendly. She grabbed a few from the back and restocked and even got the candles that I requested. Can't wait to swing by for when I have sweet tooth or whenever new flavors get released! read more

Very Poor Customer Service! Worst Customer Servce In Midland!

Thank you for doing such a great job on getting the cakes ready for a recent hospital delivery for Father's Day .

I'm a pharmaceutical rep and I order from the Midland store all the time. The owner and employees that work there are fabulous!! My order is always ready and the product is so yummy!! 5 stars in my book for sure!!! read more

We always loved to go into this place to get cakes!!! One time we went in there and a sweet lady that was working the counter was over hearing my husband and I talking about the wonderful frosting that is on the cakes and she said they sell it if we would like to buy some so we did!!! We were so excited to hear that they sold their frosting!!! My husband and I had been in several times after that to purchase the frosting with no issues. Now they have a new rude lady by the name of Liz working the counter and has said they do not sell the frosting. She actually wanted to argue about them not selling the frosting which we refuse to do. This has happened with Liz on more then one occasion. The owner/manager called to let me know they did sell the frosting. I guess Liz didn't get the memo... As a business owner myself, Liz needs to be thought that the customer is always right!!! Whatever happened to good customer service?? We will NOT be giving our business to this place as long as they continue to hire rude people like that. read more

I loved it! I ordered a cake for Thanksgiving with a turkey topper and not only did it look great but it tasted great!

The lady at the front I believe her name was Lisa , was very rude and had a lot of attitude . I felt very rushed to pick my cake flavor . I probably will never go again because of her service read more
