If I could give this store ZERO stars; I would! I called several times! Emailed! And even called the customer service and nobody answered! It just rings! I've ordered before with this company and never experienced this type of service!!! I'm definitely disappointed and will never order from this location again!!! My husband purchased the "Swizzle Berries" for my birthday. When I opened it, it was disgusting! It's clearly not the picture on your web page. How can you give this to your customers! This place just contacted me to have me send a government issued ID and credit card via email. The only times I would give this information is for my taxes and loans. As a CPA, I recommend nobody oblige this rule. Nobody needs this level of security for fruit and chocolate. Take your business elsewhere. I was in the area and I randomly stopped by. Let me first say how polite and welcoming the lady was. Second, in less than 10min (7min to be exact) my fresh strawberries dipped in white chocolate were ready. These people have no sense of urgency. With the size of the company I figured they would be good at executing same day deliveries. I made my order online and picked this store as its less than a mile from the the delivery location. When I placed the order online the site seemed to promote same day delivery as if its not a problem. I placed my order around 9am in hopes of being delivered by 2pm. I called the location to get an estimated delivery time and the woman on the phone was so rude-- All she said was "first come first serve, we'll deliver by 9PM" and hung up. Who wants a birthday fruit basket at 9PM???? All in all, I wasted $100. They suck. I probably would be more understanding if the woman on the phone wasn't so rude. read more

I received a box of chocolate strawberries from my son, very disappointing, the berries had no taste, definitely not good fruit!! My son sends me every year, this year they were horrible and mushy . I used this store to send a Christmas gift that I spent $110 on. I called three days after delivery should have been made. I was on hold for over ten minutes without talking to anyone. I called back and was hold again for eight minutes. Finally, I spoke to someone who seemed to be annoyed that I was calling. I asked for confirmation that my order was delivered. She said it was and gave me a time. She said she couldn't read the signature and was getting annoyed that I asked for the first name of the party signing. She hung up on me prior to our conversation being complete. I just expected better service from a reputable company such as Edible Arrangements. read more

My wife was no longer at her work location and did not get her arrangement until 2 days later by which time fruit was soggy. E-mailed store regarding late delivery, never got a response. Last week was National fruit week and yes Edible arrangments was making fruit boxes for $10.00 . Best deal yet I ordered three days in a row and the fruit was dipped in chocolate so tasty and fresh. even when I ordered at the last minute they still prepared my oder for the same day friendly attitudes great service!! read more

If I could give this location no stars I would. I wish I would've read the person's review before mine before making my order. I'm having the exact same experience. I checked the tracker repeatedly and it was never updated. I called the location i had it sent to see if my edible arrangements was ever delivered and they told me it wasn't. I called this store and they told me that it was delivered and kept giving me the run around. The place I sent the edible arrangement has a sign in sheet, so if they ever made the delivery, they would have had to sign in. I've been on hold for 15 minutes so far, as they told me they were going to call me back when they figured out what happened. Do NOT order from here, terrible all around read more

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY HOOOOORIBLE!!! I ordered online a bouquet of chocolates and a stuffed bear from this place that calls itself a business, but all i got was a run around and no merchandise from these people. after calling 6 or 7 times to get some answers and find out how long before my wife would receive her Valentines Day gift the lady kept telling me that it would for sure be arriving before 5pm because they deliver first thing in the morning to businesses! (yeah right)! I waited till after 5 and still no response from my wife telling me that she received a gift, so i called again and again but this place that calls itself a business like i said before put the phone on a recorded message telling me to leave a message and someone would return my call as soon as possible, but this never happened and i waited around till 6 now and yet to hear a word from these inconsiderate people! I finally had to get down there to the store to find out what the hell is going on, and once i got there it was a madhouse full of patrons angry over similar problems. i finally reached the front of the line and expressed my anger to the lady working the front area and told her how she made me look like a jerk to my wife, and that there place ruined our Valentines Day, but does she really give a damn? (not really) cause if she did they would've completed my order. Drivers become very aggressive when you pull to the side to allow an ambulance to pass and then try to get back into your lane. I can't imagine the actual product is very impressive if they are willing to endanger lives in a marked delivery van or just generally not care what the general public thinks. Try your luck with another location. Or maybe send flowers instead. read more

I had received an arrangement from this location several years ago. I wasn't very pleased and because it was a gift I did not complain. On today's date I decided to give them a try. I found the employee to be very helpful and pleasant. I sampled their chocolate dipped strawberries and pineapple. I was pleased with the flavor of the fruit and the freshness. AVOID THIS PLACE! Absolutely terrible service. I ordered for same day delivery and they didn't go to deliver the arrangement till late at night. Then they call me with an attitude saying that they've called the person I ordered for a bunch of times and they didn't answer and that they have been waiting outside and no one is home. So they take the arrangements back and tell me they will deliver the next morning. Fine. I expect the arrangement to be delivered the next morning, instead I get a call at 11AM saying that they still have not been able to get in touch with my mother. At this point, she's gone and wont be back until 6:30- but today they're not delivering that late, of course. So they keep telling me I have to go pick it up. Which just means it'll go bad at my house because I don't have the space in the fridge for such a large arrangement. They go on to tell me how much we've in convenience them, etc etc. AWFUL, AWFUL customer service. I could not believe their attitude and how rude they were from our first contact. They offer delivery so you'd expect them to know how to handle deliveries, but clearly they do not. And since they don't let you chose a time, the delivery is hit or miss. At the end of the day, we didn't even get the arrangement. Waste of money, time, and frustration. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! read more

We called the Norridge location to pickup a small piece for our childs birthday at pre-school. 4 year olds, about 15 at the most, maybe 1 piece each. We were told nothing for under $100.00. That night we went online and we see that they have numerous pieces that would of worked, plenty starting at $39.00 (photo shows 18 pieces) . Very Unprofessional; My fiance ordered 80 dollars worth of fruit from them well in advance to valentine's day. Not only did I not recieve it, but he didn't even get an apologetic phone call letting him know of the non delivery. The following day, two people called him and left voicemails offering a free upgrade and to call them back- NO APOLOGY! When he attempted to return the phone call, he was put on hold for 35 minutes and then was "disconnected". When we went it to handle things, all they said was that they had a handfull of undelivered items and that they were sold to last minute buyers the night before! They gave him a refund and a whopping 20 dollar credit which, surprise surprise cannot purchase anything and requires us to give them more money!!!! SCAM! So my fiance was thinking of surprising me on valentine's day and I was left with nothing but a headache! I will NEVER refer this place again. read more
