THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, Kim!…read more They were VERY PLEASED with the Flowers and stuffed bear. They've even sent me photos too! I wrote one Review, now I will also post to Google and Yelp. This is what I left on YOUR Website: I cannot say enough great things about Pandora's Posies and its incredible owner, Kim! Yesterday, I received a personal email from Kim after the shop had already closed, which was such a thoughtful and considerate gesture. She informed me that due to the upcoming inclement weather, she was going above and beyond by coming in on Sunday--despite her shop typically being closed--to complete orders scheduled for Monday. Kim and I have been emailing back and forth, and I have to say, she is one of the most courteous, professional, and incredibly sweet individuals I've ever interacted with. Her warmth and kindness shine through in every message, and it's so clear that she genuinely cares about her customers. This level of dedication and customer care is truly unmatched. Not only was Kim willing to open the shop on her day off, but she also made it clear that her top priority was ensuring that I (and all her customers) would be happy with her service. Kim's commitment to excellence and her willingness to go the extra mile is a testament to the passion and care she puts into her business. If you're looking for a florist that genuinely cares about their customers, look no further than Pandora's Posies. I will be a loyal customer for life! Thank you, Kim, for your kindness, professionalism, and exceptional service! Highly recommend! MUCH Appreciated, Kim!!! YOU are SWEET! Joe

I was fully assured he could handle the job and that delivery would be taken care of. The upfront customer service was honestly fantastic--so much so that I actively recommended him to other people attending the same service. That is where the positive experience ended. On Wednesday night, there were no flowers. I contacted him, and he claimed he had confused the date, telling me, "I'm sitting right here looking at it, just need to finish it." He promised he would deliver them the following day and refund me 50% for the trouble. Today, the services took place. There were absolutely no flowers, no refund credit has been issued, and he has completely ignored all of my emails and phone calls. After being incredibly responsive when taking my money, I have been completely ghosted. Please think twice before trusting this business with important events.
