The received flowers looked absolutely nothing like what the website showed. I requested a refund and have yet to receive one after speaking with this store now five times in the last two weeks. The website states 100% guarantee yet they are not upholding this. Someone at the store told me "let's be honest it didn't look bad it just didn't have enough flowers." The customer service here sucks. I always order from the one in Arlington but I came here because it was closer to my moms house. So I called and they lady said they had to go orders already made. And that I should just come and call them when i get to the front and someone would take my payment and they would bring it out to me. Well I arrive in five minutes because I across the street. I get there and I'm given a WHOLE different story. I was told I have to find it online and pay online. So I go and search for the item and it says that I can't purchase online for today. Which I know it is busy because of Mother's Day. Which is cool. I got it . So someone comes out side and take my number and they say they will call me in ten minutes. A WHOLE half and hour goes by and still no one came or called. So I catch a man outside delivering two peoples order that drove up. I watched and spoke to a lady that just said she ordered over the phone. The same thing I was trying to do. And they brought it straight out to her. So I walk up to the door and ask to speak to a manager. Soooooo she can't come outside. Which I understand but a COMPLETE attitude when i called. Didn't even hear what I had to say but very unprofessional. Point is I waited an hour And a half for something that if the employees had been given the right info. We could have avoided all of this concussion. And two of my strawberries were bad. NEVER AGAIN! Not only was I disppointed and I wasted my money almost 200.00 of it! Thanks! read more

We've have ordered a few arrangements. One for a birthday, a get well, a Happy Easter and another just chocolate covered berries (which is always a great deal). The fruit is always ripe! Unlike the fruit from grocery stores. The prices may seem high for fruit but the ripeness and beautiful cut fruit is worth it for those special occasions. I don't live close by and I pop in a few times a week hoping to get lucky and get a caramel apple. 80% of the time they don't have any. When I ask if I can order one they tell me they don't have any caramel 'made up'. If I ask if I can pay for one and come back by and grab it, the less than enthusiastic teen girl that works there acts like it's too difficult to make this happen. I feel like if I'm willing to buy an $8 apple the customer service should be much better. Really a shame. read more

But the bouquets are a little overpriced and they will not stop emailing me since I made my order. I have unsubscribed multiple times and still receive multiple email a day.
