Holy Shit really! Ordered two days before the day I wanted delivered for her birthday! They came at 9:45pm really and left it on the porch! YES on the porch... no one home.. I called three times started at 3:30 was told driver will be at your stop next! Really next stop! Called again at 7pm was told your the stop.. but they waited all day, reservations are at 7:20pm that's ok he will bring it to wherever she is... yeah right downtown! Nope not happening left on front porch! You pay over 100dollars for strawberries and fruit and chocolate covered strawberries and they leave it on front porch at 9:45om no one home! They suck! She placed it a week before valentines day, I called, and they basically told me there is nothing they can do about it and that other people are experiencing the same thing I am. I placed an order here and although it was not delivered on time it was actually my fault because I put in the wrong zipcode for delivery. When I called the next day the phone was answered and the gentleman on the other end was kind enough to let me know my mistake. He also admitted that a few orders were not delivered for my requested day because they were short on drivers due to callouts. Finally, he blessed me with a refund. So I can't speak for their actual product, but I thought it would be good to review the customer service seeing as so many people had complaints about it. I ordered an arrangement on a Tuesday for delivery on a Thursday for a friend having a birthday on Thursday. The order was delivered on Friday. Here is my problem. I stated that this place was a business and tried to call them several times. The call went to voice mail and when asked to leave a message the mailbox was full. The item was delivered on Friday and then Friday I get a call from the store. They stated they tried to deliver but it was after 4:00 pm and the person was not there so they called her to tell her they had an Edible Arrangement, which in turn ruined the surprise and she said deliver it Friday. Now we have fresh fruit going on over 24 hours old. They response I got from them was that they had till 5:00 pm to deliver the order and it was not their fault that the location was closed. (They must have had a lot of deliveries for that day....yeah right!) I asked why they did not try to deliver earlier if they knew it was a business and they had no answer. I then said if you could not deliver then why was my order taken. Total lack of responsibility on their part. The web page does not help at all. You can file a question then they give you a claim number which gives me the number of the location, which is no help but alas an 800 number was included. Great let me call corporate which i did. I listened to the menu then hit the number for customer service and guess where that transferred me to....yup the original number which gave me a voice mail and said to leave a message in a full mailbox. So to all the stores that do the right thing....sorry but this one store ruined it for me. I will NEVER buy an Edible Arrangement for anyone! I ordered an edible arrangement for my daughter that was to be delivered on 5/28/22. It was LATE. They ran out of helium, the balloon they did attach was losing air and the number 25 made from fruit, that I ordered looked liked someone bit off each number and put it back. The chocolate was coming off the strawberries and the melon balls were not balls and had knicks in them and some had fallen off! It was like they put ill shaped fruit on a stick and threw in a basket. No one has responded from this store and I will be disputing the charge if a refund isn't issued immediately. Horrible! I placed an order online to have an arrangement sent to my mother for mother's day, and found out at 5:30pm that nothing had gotten delivered (it was a business which means delivery should have happened before 5pm). I was never notified that they wouldn't be able to follow through, instead I called my mom at 5:30pm to ask if she ever received anything and found out that way. When I called the store they were unable to tell me what happened and why nothing got delivered. I should've at the very least received a notification that they weren't going to be able to deliver it so that I could send my mother something else! This is unacceptable business practice, they should be out of business and I definitely would recommend everyone to stay away from this place. read more
