I have sent five arrangements from the Edible Arrangements location in Canton, Massachusetts, to the Walpole area, for family and friends, for birthdays, Valentine's Day, Christmas, and during bereavement. I have ordered the indulgence platter, which I think is an excellent gift to send because it includes a wonderful variety of chocolate-dipped and non-chocolate-dipped fruit, including strawberries, pineapple, apples, and grapes. All orders were placed for same-day delivery, and everyone received their order on time. Delicious but very ugly My mom sent me a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for V day. I would never in a million years tell her something negative about a gift I received from her. HOWEVER... I have no problems saying negative things to edible arrangements. The chocolate covered strawberries I received from the Canton, MA location are: U - G - L - Y They ain't got no alibi They ugly Yea, yea they ugly I know my mother prolly paid $50-75 for these and it looks like a toddler did the chocolate dip. Huge flat side on each one with hardened, pooled chocolate on the bottom. I have made hundreds of better looking chocolate covered strawberries in a HOSPITAL kitchen (true story, I was a food service director in hospitals for 5 years, we made chocolate covered strawberries every Valentines and Mother's Day) So .... I have always ordered from the Westgate location, and have always been satisfied. This time I ordered from Canton because the Brockton store did not come up on my web search, so I assumed it had closed. On the day of delivery, I received an automated notice stating delivery was unsuccessful, and they would try again. Had to ruin the surprise to tell Mom to stay home for the rest of the day in case they tried to deliver again. Mom decided to try to call them for a status update. No one ever answered the phone, and after leaving several messages OVER 3 DAYS, she decided to see if the Brockton store was open. It was, and the manager, Krystina, was amazing, and went out of her way to help Mom, even though this purchase was not made at her location. It also took her several calls to Canton for someone to pick up. The manager stated that he was busy because it was a holiday weekend. Krystina convinced Canton to transfer the order to her store, and Mom walked out with a fresh, delicious edible arrangement. To the Canton Manager, shame on you for not taking 5 minutes to call back a customer, or make any attempt to "redeliver" the order. To Krystina in Brockton, you are my hero, thank you for going out of your way to make my mom feel special on Mothers Day. I ordered an arrangement for my husbands birthday. It was a combination of melons and chocolate covered fruit, 90 percent melons. The melon was all hard and dry , not ripe at all. Non-edible! I called and spoke to "Eddie" the manager. He was so argumentative and stated they made it this morning. It didn't matter when it was made, the fruit was terrible and not ripe. Not one apology. He was so rude! This was a gift and a total embarrassment and disappointment. I will never order from this location again. read more

Ordered a rose bouquet w/vase, a fruit platter, and cookies for Valentines day for my GF around $200. When the delivery was made, she only received the platter and cookies. She had even asked the delivery driver to check and he said there were no flowers/vase included. Additionally the cookies which are 3 count only had 2. I contacted the store the same night via email and was only called once - being offered flowers to be delivered in the next day or two. I refused the delivery and asked for a refund on JUST the flowers, seeing as they were almost $100, aka half of the price of the whole order - and I never received said flowers. Why would I want $100 flowers the day AFTER Valentines day? The only reason I'd pay such a marked up price on flowers/roses is because it is for Valentines day - if I wanted flowers the following days, I can easily order and buy them for a quarter of the price after the "holiday". Additionally, I mentioned the cookies only have 2/3 but did not ask for a refund as the flowers were the bigger issue. The person I spoke with mentioned they'd ask the owner/manager and get back to me and never did. I also contacted the corporate customer service line which was no help. - Have not heard from anyone since the initial call - corporate or store level. read more

I sent 12 cookies to a friend but wanted it to be anonymous. The Cookies were great! BUT I typed the message out on the online order. 1st thing -confirmation email said "no message" so for some reason .. so I called the store two minutes after I ordered it and gave them the message to include on the card. 2nd- when she received it, there was no message but when I called the store, they had the message saved on their end and were convinced that we just weren't able to find it 3rd because I wanted it to be anonymous I asked if they could call her to tell her message or send her text but to MAKE SURE YOU DONT SAY NY NAME OR INCLUDE IT ON ORDER... the guy John said no at first but then spoke to supervisor who said ok. First thing the guy does is say "I'm calling about the edible arrangement that *my name* sent you. And then was convinced that she just wasn't able to find it but finally did give her the message after she told him several times it's not in card. 4- sent her copy of invoice so once again, says my name and the price. I appreciate the fact that they did follow through with calling and giving her the message but I don't understand why John didn't give his supervisor the whole request to make sure it stayed anonymous. This place got the worse customer service Order some stuff here for delivery in the morning and my order didn't come until like 7:30 at night. Called them numerous time during the afternoon and no one picks up the phone and not even a call back to keep their customer updated about the delivery time frame so my delivery was no longer a surprise since it was suppose to be delivered while I'm not home. I cannot say enough about this business in canton, ma If i could give 1000 stars i sooo would. Let me start by talking about Eddie, not sure if he is the iwner, manager or employee, which if he is not the owner or manager he should be. I called the night before thanksgiving and needed some berries to bring to my son and his fiance on thursday, thanksgiving, it was too late for a delivery but Eddie right away eased my mind and said i could pick up in the store on thursday morning that they would be open, not only did he say that, he was giving me code numbers to see on line the various packages, he was truly a gem speaking with him was so comfortable i felt like i knew him for years., i did not know this stire was in canton down the street from me. I had a bad experiencevwith sharris berries 2 weeks ago, for 1 dozen berries, they overcharged me 214 12 for a dozen, they charged me 3 times via paypal and took quite awhile to fix and give me back my money and on top of that the display was terrible and was not impressed w the berries taste nir size so i needed a new place and i found it. I went to pick up the berries today thanksgiving and i was not too happy with the display it looked t9 dark i wanted it to be something to go w fall and thanksgiving, i told them it was dark chocolateband i just did not like the display, wrll right away they took thebbox back to kitchen prep area, i changed from one dozen to 2 boxes 1 diz in one box and half doz for me in another box, while waiting the woman there gavevme a dipped strawberry on a stick soo yum, the package was ready, eddie came out himself opened the boxes to show me and there were my 2 boxes, mixed berries whute and milk chocolate w red and orange drizzle for thanksgiving i was soo impressed not only were they beautiful but they were so so fresh. I ordered an arrangement a week before my Dad's 80th Birthday. At 4 pm I was still waiting for confirmation of the delivery. I called and was told it would be delivered within the hour. Here it is after 8pm and no delivery!! I understand busy. But if you can't do the job just say so. Now my Dads Birthday is ruined. read more

The arrangement was amazing! The fruit was all fresh and the chocolate covered strawberries where yummy! I recently lost my uncle to cancer and being in Vancouver, BC, Canada, it was very difficult to arrange any sort of arrangement to be sent to my family in Stoughton MA. Many places didn't deliver or they turned me away when I tried to pay with a Canadian Visa. I was so fortunate to have come across Edible Arrangements on Google and was even more blessed to have had Michelle answer the phone that day. Right from the start she ensured me that she would be able to get a basket out to my family and would do what was necessary to get the payment arranged. I'm not quite sure she knew what she was in for, but 5 hours later, and many phone calls to head office to figure out the software, Michelle called me back to let me know that everything had gone through just fine. She had even stayed late after the store closed to make sure that my needs were taken care of. I could not have been more impressed with her customer service and the extra mile she obviously did not need to go. But my appreciation grew even deeper the following day. I had arranged to have the basket sent to my family the following morning, unknowing that my family would be out of town for the whole day. A quick phone call to the store was all that was needed to let me know that they would make a fresh basket the next day and send it over. Words fail to express my deep appreciation for everything!
