After I placed the order they called me to tell me if I moved the delivery a day she had a shipment coming in with a bigger selection of flowers so we agreed and it was definitely worth it! Feel bad about this because it's a local business and I always try to suport local businesses. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed in the quality of my order. I ordered a "Pretty as a Pitcher" arrangement online and when I came to pick it up I was told they couldn't get the pitchers anymore and replaced it with a small white bowl. I wasn't offered a refund or any money off for the clearly lower-quality arrangement. Nor was I notified they had to replace the pitcher. I would have changed my order. Add to that, many of the flowers in the arrangement were obviously withered and well past their prime. As I placed it in my car, two roses even fell out of the arrangement. I just ordered from another shop because this will not work for an anniversary gift. They can have the money, but they won't get my repeat business. I never really Yelp but this week I had two extreme opposites of what customer service should be to retain a loyal customer base. I received a bunch of tulips purchased here and when it got home to me, they were limp and not fresh. I reached out to the store and I received email the very next morning to come in to get a replacement for free. I went back a week later and received fresh and vibrant flowers. Owner was pleasant and apologetic. Even though I don't buy a lot of flowers but will definitely return here should the need comes up. read more

Worst florist EVER!!! Talk about being disappointed twice over :-( So yesterday was Valentine's Day, I get home from work at 3:15 and my hubby asks me how I liked my flowers. I said "what flowers"? He says "they never delivered them?" So he immediately calls and speaks with a woman who says she's the owner and he explains that he had called in an order at 9:04 that morning for flowers to be delivered to his wife at work and that they were never delivered. She proceeds to state that they're on a truck now for delivery. Hubby says that's no help since I'm already home and now he has zero V-Day gift for me. He explains that he was promised they'd be delivered by noon as I only work until 2:30 every day so a late delivery would be pointless. The owner states "well I don't know why you were told that because we don't do same day orders for delivery" Hubby says well one of your employees told me that they'd be able to get the flowers on the next truck out to be delivered by noon. The owner then states that she'll contact the driver and make sure they're not delivered and she'll refund his credit card. He gets off the phone and not more that 15 minutes later I receive a text from a co-worker stating flowers were just delivered for me. He calls right back and owner says she wasn't able to get the driver in time but will have driver turn around and go back to pick them up and will immediately issue a credit to his card. This morning I get to work at 6am and the flowers are still there. I let hubby know and he checks credit card and no credits have been issued back. So now I get to see the flowers and enjoy them for a mere 3 hours before a driver actually comes back this morning to take them back. Talk about horrible customer service!!!!! Beyond disappointing for both him and I!! Thanks for ruining my Valentine's Day surprise / gift twice over Floral Scents!!!! The decent thing to do would've been for the owner to offer a credit of some sort yesterday after knowing the flowers were already delivered....instead of making another empty promise of having them picked right back up in order to avoid me having to see them and then watch them be taken away!!! Spur of the moment this morning, I wanted to send flowers to my best friend, and surprise her. The first florist I called was rude and clearly in a bad mood. I'll cut her some slack. Valentine's Day must be hellish for florists and bakery shop owners. So I took a chance on Floral Scents in Canton, and spoke to a sweet woman named Diane, who couldn't have been more polite, professional or helpful. I asked if they had roses and - Gasp - they only had red ones left. Go figure! Jackpot. I asked them if they could deliver them to my friend's office before 4pm, because she leaves earlier, and Diane told me that would be no problem. Now, I've ordered flowers in the past from other vendors, and we all know it's hit or miss, sometimes partially dead flowers arrive. I am very happy with the roses Diane had delivered for me and would highly recommend this florist to my other friends and family. They took all the hassle out of this last minute, spontaneous request. I appreciated superior customer service like this. Brava to Diane! I have been in this shop twice. I didn't purchase anything, but received great advice from Joan Marie . The first time I went in there she told me how to take care of a plant I received as a gift. Today I went there to ask about having artificial flowers put in a glass vase I have. She was honest enough to tell me that it is expensive to have this done and advised me the best route to take.
