We ordered a fruit bouquet in the morning and the recipient received the gift by the afternoon. The product and service are exceptional. There are many varieties of gifts available, I highly recommend Edible Arrangements. read more

delivery came at 4 pm nice arrangement but did not tell person sending this that it would be so late on a birthday. told deliveries start at 11am. what was left out is that schools and cooperations received their purchases first. this has happened before with this vendor. next time ill remember that they cannot be counted on for a reasonable time read more

I received an arrangement from my employer. It was really cute and looked delicious. Unfortunately, none of the fruits had any flavor! I ended up throwing it away!! Very sad and such a waste of money. I would not give this any stars, if I could. I have had these before, and they were good. What's going on with your quality control? Someone's asleep at the wheel! read more

They are very accomodating and time concious. I've made a few last minute orders and have never been disappointed. The arrangements are flawless, fruit is ripe/fresh. The only reason I'm not giving them a five is b/c I feel it's a lil too pricey. But hey, a 4 out of 5 is still good! read more

Edible Arrangements - Arrangement for a coworker - Florists Near Me - Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

I went into this store in a good mood looking for caramel apples and a fruit arrangement for Mother's Day. The girls working in the store, one named Kaliyah treated me so terrible they cursed at me and laughed at me because I asked for a manager. They told me the manager wouldn't bother talking to me. They laughed at me and as I was walking out the door Kaliyah yells FUCK YOU! I was in complete shock and so I called the corporate office. Nobody called me back three days later. I called again and finally talked to the manager who told me she didn't believe me and her staff would never do that. Finally we agreed for the manager to listen to the audio in the store. One week later and no call back. So I called the store and asked for the manager and an associate named Brandon answered the phone and after I told him the situation he laughed at me and refused to get the manager on the phone and told me he was calling the police if I called the store asking for the manager again. I couldn't believe this was happening to me again. I reached out to corporate and asked them to get the manager to call me back and they said they got in touch with her and she would call me back that same day. Three days later and no call back. I called corporate again today and they called the store trying to reach the manager and Kaliyah answered the phone and won't even let corporate speak to the manager. I would not trust any fruit arrangement made at this location they are the most wretched group of people and I am scared to know what they do to the fruit! The worst part is that the management and the owner doesn't even care. Please don't order anything from this location it's not safe and you will be verbally attacked. read more

What a horrible experience! My husband placed an order days in advance for a surprise treat and he thought by doing this, it would arrive before I left work. To his surprise, I never got it. He broke down and was forced to tell me since in fact I had already. I went there myself to see what happened. I arrive around 5:30pm, they told me it wasn't prepared yet and they don't guarantee a time, just delivery by 7pm. I cancelled this order and never got an apology or anything. What's the purpose of accepting online orders days in advance that are clearly not going to be processed on time. It was such an inconvenience of fighting through traffic, no parking, and poor attitude. Oh, let me not forget they wouldn't answer the phone, this is what made me go there! Glad he got his refund, but I wouldn't refer anyone to use this place. read more

I placed a order for delivery for my moms BD- and I put my # in for contact- I got a call from Larry the delivery guy to try to make the delivery - my mom is a crossing guard and was on duty:) - he said he would try back after school was out- I also told him the car she had and she was right there across the street if he wanted to find her- well apparently he took the opportunity and initiative and delivered the goods at school - she got a kick out of it and u put a smile on her face :) thank u Larry ! read more

Update to my first review. I just wanted to say that I was contacted by Howie the manager of this location. He asked for a brief summary and was very apologetic and offered a full refund or another arrangement. I opted at this time for the refund. He was very sincere in his apology and hoped I would give them another chance in the future and if I do to please ask for him personally and he would make sure it was a great arrangement. With him being as nice and sincere as he was I will definitely give them another try sometime. I give it a 5 rating because Howie was so attentive and willing to make it right. read more

It was a disappointing experience. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago. The order tracking said it was delivered, but it was not received by the retired couple (who live in a private location without worry of porch pirates). I reached out to the store by email and by phone. Made several phone calls that were all robo-answered and was placed on hold for more than 30 min total during their normal business hours. No person ever picked up and there was no option to leave a message. Then I reached out to corporate by email and they replied within a few hours to let me know they sent a message to the Bethlehem store as well to let them try to resolve the issue. Having not received any communication, I called again on a Thursday and finally a girl picked up, took my info and said she'd have the manager call me on Friday to resolve the issue. No call was received. I called the following Saturday. No one answered and I sat on hold again. Monday came and I reached out to corp again, this time asking for a refund. Corporate office was great and fully obliged. While I've had great service from other local E.A. stores, I will never use the Bethlehem store again. Complete lack of customer service over a two week period. read more

I wanted to surprise my daughter at college with a fruit bouquet. The location of the Edible Arrangements is literally around the corner from her school. I placed my order yesterday. I called this morning to see what time they would be sending it and they said it was "on the truck". I called back 3 times to be told it was on its way. Here it is 8pm, no delivery. I had my daughter waiting around for the past 3 hours for them to call her or come. Thanks for ruining her Valentines Day surprise... The kicker is others at her school got theirs delivered. I certainly hope they don't try and delivery it tomorrow after sitting on a truck all day, not for $75 ! read more

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST MOTHER'S DAY GIFT EVER!!!!! Not only was the arrangement beautiful, but I haven't had fruit that fresh and ripe in a long time. I would also like to say that it was delivered by a very friendly gentlemen at 5:00PM on Mother's Day. How amazing is that? When you order online or by long distance, you always hope that what you send is the quality you wanted. So on behalf of my kids, thank you for making my day!! read more

Ordered for the first time from this store from out of state. I am also an edible arrangements employee and was thrilled to know there was one in the same city my sister and nephews moved to. I called up and ordered two arrangements and spoke with an employee who guarenteed me they would deliver after 2. Knowing they closed at 3 I asked you a few times. "Are you sure you can deliver it after 2? Its o.k if not we will pick another day" I called my sister by 2:30 to see if they had arrived and they didnt. When I called the store they told me that they had deivered around 12. I told her noone was home and she said thier policy states they are to leave it OUTSIDE if the cust is not home. Mind you they leave it outside and dont even attempt to call the cust or recp to let them know its outside. I asked her where it was left and she said "I dont know, somewhere on the porch". She doesnt even have a porch! Just a step. So they were just left right out in the open for anyone or anything to grab, touch etc. By the time my sister found them they were sitting outside in the sun for over 2 hours. Not cool! And if I didnt call it would have been longer than that. I had dipped fruit on there. The fruit was warm and the choc melted. I know how quickly fruit, especially dipped fruit gets ruined if let out (especially in direct sunlight). Like come on! As an employee who LOVES her job and takes it very seriously. I know customer satisfaction is #1. I have ordered from different stores in different states and I have never heard of a policy where you leave an arrangement outside and dont even contact the customer or recp. My store would never risk the fruit going bad and the unhappiness of the recip. Very dissapointed with this store and how things are run. I will not order from them again. On another note, I must say I was pleased that they were willing to honor my employee discount while placing this order. They didnt have to but they did. Thank you for that. But to be honest I feel like I wasted my money. The surprise was gone and fruit wasnt fresh. read more
