I can tell it's a staffing issue, there's only a handful of people working and they are so friendly but overwhelmed. I wanted to shop in store and not online but this was frustrating. The quality of the kohls exclusive brands has declined and dramatically risen in price as well.

At this point my daughter still does not have a playable uniform for her game tomorrow. She is 12 years old and should not have to feel singled out or embarrassed because a company cannot do its job. This is not just an inconvenience. It is affecting kids who want nothing more than to feel part of their team. We have wasted time, money, and energy sending uniforms back and forth and all we have to show for it are defective products. Any company that provides team uniforms should understand the responsibility they have to get it right the first time. This one clearly does not. Next day, Still NOTHING in pending orders. What is perplexing is how Affirm received the charge from MW. but MW not process the order. What also got me, when I went online next day, had I ordered it that day, the arrival day was sooner, than had the first order gone thru. I got measured up and when I got up to the register I was shocked to see the price. It was double what Men's Warehouse charges (got married recently. I know how much they charge). I thought to myself, ok it's a small shop. I'm sure they make up for it with great customer service, something large corporations can't always do. Fast forward to August. I get a call late Wednesday night to come pick up my tux. I couldn't get there Thursday due to work, so I show up first thing Friday morning. I get handed my suit and get shuffled out the door. I request to try it on and that's where all the problems start. My jacket was like 4 sizes too small. The manager of the store begins his rant about how this is my fault because I didn't come in on Thursday. I tell him he needs to fix it and he said it won't be a problem because there's tons of material in the jacket. I took the rest of my crap suit and went home. I go back the morning of the wedding and "Moe" started looking for my jacket. I try it on and nothing was fixed. Moe confirmed my suspicions and told me it was my fault because I didn't come Thursday (again and again). I go through the wedding with a suit that was pilled and looked like it was dragged behind a pick up truck for a few miles. Of course I had to wear my tiny ass jacket that I couldn't button. I looked like Chris Farley wearing David Spade's jacket in Tommy Boy. Oh and on top of everything else, my shoes were two different sizes. Not shoe sizes, physical dimensions. One was about 3/4" too small. When I returned this sad excuse for a suit, I asked for a refund because services were not provided and I pretty much got told to go fuck myself. The manager walked out of the store right in the middle of a conversation. I spoke to the owner (I think?) and he said we would be getting an insulting amount of money back (which hasn't happened yet a week and half later) and they don't automatically give you back your deposit. How many people are they scamming for 40 bucks because they don't know better. Stay away and just go to Men's Warehouse. They have more resources and they give you a lot more time to make sure your suit or tux is right. These guys are just assholes. Plain and simple.
