I called about 3 computer repair service companies to try and get someone to please come out to my…read morehouse in north ridgeville and help me, I'm elderly and I can't just unplug my desktop computer to easily bring it into a shop, the first 2 places were either not willing or made it so difficult for what I was asking or simply didn't even call me back. So my third call was Computer Crisis in Avon and wow, picked up the phone right away, got me on the schedule later that evening. That alone spoke volumes. A guy named James came out, figured out what the problem was, unplugged everything for me and took it into their Avon storefront. I opted for the upgraded repair option because the computer was about 7 years old. He installed Windows 11 on it for me and got everything backed up and transferred for me. Had the computer back to me the following evening and showed me how to use the new operating system. 5 star service and now I got a new computer service company that's local to north ridgeville ohio. Not a lot of places out here and most of them are cell phone repair. Highly recommend!

Their pricing is very affordable while they seem to truly care about those that walk through their doors. Paul & Marie are more than knowledgeable while accommodating, professional and beyond pleasant and approachable people that are extremely relatable. (They aren't tech-nerds. They are cool and fun while making your problem theirs so you can relax while they put you and your device back in service). And in this day and age, they actually answer the phone and return calls! I thought that was really nice, since most places would've been sorry for your luck. We waited about 15 minutes for him to come back. One of the other employees offered my friend a chair since they only had one and she had a hard time getting off of that one. It's very open as in a bit empty inside but they sell phones, cases, screen repair and other things you would find in convenience type stores. The two gentlemen we dealt with were really friendly. Her phone screen replacement was $90 for an iPhone 13. At least we know of a place close to home to get the screens fixed for a decent price.
