They don't listen to the customer when you tell them you don't want them to take the car to their storage facility/business. They try to make you believe the car is totaled so they can take it and store it at their facility to accrue storage fees. Most horrible experience in my life, in a very long time. Totally took advantage of a situation by outrageously overcharging. Basically took my car hostage and didn't seem to have a say in the matter as far as they were concerned.
