I have a 06 chevy 1500 with the 4.8l gas... ordered the evolution cts3 and have had nothing but good come from it. I called and asked where I could find the extra licenses for my tuner so I can have more that 1 vehicle tuned at the same time and a really really great guy (Colter) hooked it up and worked some magic!! I will be returning customer, for you guys have gone past my expectations every time I call with questions and concerns. P.S. I spent 600 dollars on this unit used it for a few months and guess what the screen went black. almost a thousand dollars for something that now sits in my glove box unusable? I went online bought a edge tuner it helped with gas mileage about three to four miles per gallon for about 8 months then it went back to normal I called they told me I didn't buy a tuner I bought an a monitor only then he said something about a license which I've never heard of even after all the upgrades everything else I've done nothing has ever popped up saying that I need a license to have a tuner I do not recommend this place and I will be following suit against them as soon as I can read more

had a software issue with my edge monitor. called and spoke with Coulter and his co worker (apologize for forgetting his name) and was taken care of with no issues, arguments or complaints. 10/10 customer service and my monitor is wording great. would support this product based off the fact the customer service was so helpful. read more

Edge will not allow customers to buy and pay online then show up at there wear house in Ogden to pick up the item with an order number. This is a management problem. This manager doesn't care about anyone but himself. He wants everyone to pay for extra shipping to expedite. Even dealers. #2 Their dealers list is a Joke. I'm not impressed at all I maybe have about 6 months total run time on my CTS2 never really tuned with it. My truck blew and engine few years back and i finally did a full rebuild the programmer has been sitting in my console in my shop . My gauges come up but can't get the menu screen for diagnostics and tuning to coming the staff has been pleasant doing updates and what not but nothing worked they told me they don't support that anymore and would only give me 25% off and i couldn't use the 25 with their online sale. With very little use on mine and looking at how short of time i have had my CTS2 and them dropping support and hardly any discount for one they support I will not buy another edge product its a joke! read more

I'm on my second CTS screen and once again the touch screen stopped working. Edge says they don't have parts to fix them anymore and offered me a whopping 25% of the new model at a cost of another $340. they don't stand behind their products and they will fail. lot of online reviews about touch screens failing. Products don't last and they don't stand behind them either. Beware don't buy! You will be out hundreds of dollars after a few years. read more

Purchased Pulsar Edge product for my Hemi. Too expensive for what it does. Very easy to install, noticeable difference in throttle response. Not impressed. However, The Edge product company (Owned by Holley) is not the best company to deal with. I purchased the product and then 2 weeks later it went on sale on their website. So I called to request that they honor the new price since I just purchased it. They denied my request. A decent and reputable company would honor the request within 30 days of purchase. Have a Edge Insight CTS2 that's been in my truck for about 2+ years. Went to start truck other day and monitor froze up. Called customer support and they told me that my LCD screen was dead and that it was out of warranty. Then the customer service rep said "it's out of warranty however we will fix it no charge". I was cheerfully given a RMA and sent it back as instructed. It took 8 days from when I sent it to back in my truck. These guys are awesome and stand behind their products. read more

While the product we received caused a bit of an issue with our Ram, Edge Products took care of it 100%. Devin, in the call center, was very professional and helpful with the whole ordeal. I was ready to drag them thru the mud a couple of times but they really stepped up and gave the me the unexpected response and experience most other companies are lacking these days. Got one of their boxes not too long ago and it takes a bit of updating and plugging into the vehicle and updating again, but eventually, it works fairly easily and mostly as promised. You are able to do quite a number of tunings, including higher level ones, but the highlight of this, for me, is the support. They do a fantastic job of responding to emails and answering questions and there are very regular updates. They also really back the performance community at events, including holding one of their own. I didn't get quite the performance I wanted out of the box, but it did improve things somewhat. There are quite a few factors involved in getting to where I want and probably no magic box is going to do that, though with other vehicles, the effect may be much more pronounced. Even with their updates, there still is a fairly limited amount of tunes for the vehicle, but I'm sure that's based on demand. If you're in the market for a tuner, these seem like pretty good ones and not only can you reach someone there, they actually respond. read more
