His communication was great--letting us know each day when he would arrive/leave, he worked long hours, was very talented in what he did, and IMHO did exceptional work. We were very happy. In our particular case, the final cost was a bit higher than the original estimate, however, it was completely understandable and I had no qualms what-so-ever (and I typically am not so easy in that department) He spent several days meticulously stripping/prepping the siding--doing the job right. Took 5 days to remove the popcorn ceiling, paint and put the beds together in mine and my daughter's rooms. Must not have removed a popcorn ceiling before because they planned on leaving it patchy and discolored. after several purchases of different ceiling paints and prime, I did my own research. when I brought the new can in the house to tell him to use this, he said that he just "looked it up" and yes we should be using this one!! needless to say our bedrooms are FAR from what we expected and paid for. multiple imperfections and the bottom of the walls near the trim still show the dark color prior to this new paint being applied.
