I paid for their deluxe car wash, the exterior is okay but the interior of the car was untouched. I know for a fact, the vacuum was half assed and only the front two windows were cleaned. Everything else was untouched (center console, dashboard, rear windows, and door panels). I will definitely not be returning.

Wanted to share my customer appreciation experience with Washzone.. I get my truck washed there…read moreoften. Over the weekend I decided to get my truck detailed . Wen I picked up the truck it was clean inside and out but I did notice a black streak on the passenger side door and dry solution on the passenger window. I called Washzone and thanked them for the detail but pointed out the issues on the passenger side. The owner apologized and asked me to bring it back so he could take a look and get it cleaned. He also provided me with a handsome amount on a gift card to get my car washed in the future. He expressed his appreciation for me being a customer and went above and beyond what I expected in terms of ensuring I was a happy customer!!

In the summer I choose to take my vehicle here over the 610 Car Wash located just down the road…read more It's not full service like the 610 Car Wash, but that is exactly why I like it. I have long since come to realize that no one will ever clean my car up to my standard, so I might as well put the energy into cleaning it rather than putting it into complaining about water spots and improper tire shine application. TJs gives you the option of running your vehicle through an automated wash or hand washing it yourself. The automated wash is pretty much exactly like the one offered at 610 Car Wash. The only difference are the prices; on average about $5.00 less for each level of wash. I guess that is the price to have, or not have, teenagers vacuum and towel dry your car. It might be worth it if you're feeling lazy to pay the difference or you're fearing hypothermia in the winter, but I'd much rather do it myself. The entrance is a little hard to navigate when you're not familiar with it. Your first assumption will be to go in from the McDonald's parking lot, but that is NOT an entrance. In fact, the only entrance for TJs requires that you turn onto the road next to the Jiffy Lube and drive all the way around to the back. Many a time I've contemplated that set up without being able to make sense of it. I won't go into the details of why I think the entrance and exit should be reversed, but I bet you'll see it the same way if you take a good look at it. Finally, bring your own tire shine and dashboard cleaner. They're normally out.
