DO NOT GO THERE!! I used cash for the drive thru car wash and made a selection for the one I wanted. It asks if you would like an upgrade but when you try to hit the button for NO upgrade it will not let you proceed it automatically gives you one...but doesn't provide your change. Once I was done I drove around and found the worker, I'm going to say worker because it's no way an owner is this unprofessional. I handed him my receipt and attempted to tell him that the car wash kiosk wasn't working properly. This guy got upset and started yelling at me and called me a stupid bitch after I told him to fix his machine and give my money. The maintenance of the car wash has steadily gone further and further down hill. Signs have been allowed to fadeout, the automated car wash bays are frosted over with what looks like hard water, the washer roller pins in the bays are caked with dirt. This car wash is due for a total maintenance make over. The owner definitely has not and does not invest in this business. Sunday, February 6, 2022, I took my 2004 Chevy Silverado TJ's Wash &Go. I used the drive-thru service (bay 1) and the unit severely scraped on the roof too of my vehicle. I keep my vehicle top condition since I bought it, brand new. Still has original paint and parts. No lift modification, standard size. Now I have gashes and damaged clear-coat finish. I have attempted to reach this business at the listed number on Google (540-288-1288) for 3 days now, no one has answered and the voicemail is full. I waited at the location for an attendant, no response. Knocked on the office door, no response. At this point, I am willing to take legal actions. I noticed that cameras were at this car wash location and hope that they are functioning as intended. Because of negligence and a lack of oversight, my vehicle is now damaged and must be repaired due to no fault of my own. After reading customer reviews, some customers are requesting that the Better Business Bureau (BBB) attempt to locate/contact an agent of this business to respond to direct regarding complaints and repair the damages that occurred to their vehicles. Also request have been submitted that the BBB review this business' regular practices to determine if it should remain accredited/denied accreditation. DO NOT GO HERE! Waste of money!!! I wish I read the reviews first. I purchased the best option ($16). Then did not receive the "tricolor foam conditioner" nor the "spot free rinse"....all that happened were three passes by the water and cloth "brushes", and then signaled to exit. During the short wash I noticed several of the sprayer nozzles were partially blocked or not working at all...and the cloth brushes washing the car were very old and dirty. I went to this car wash with the intention of getting my whole car washed. Instead I got about 95 percent of the car cleaned. For 12 bucks I didn't expect much but i at least expected the ENTIRE car to be washed. I normally stick to hand washing or brush free car washes and after this experience I think I will. In the summer I choose to take my vehicle here over the 610 Car Wash located just down the road. It's not full service like the 610 Car Wash, but that is exactly why I like it. I have long since come to realize that no one will ever clean my car up to my standard, so I might as well put the energy into cleaning it rather than putting it into complaining about water spots and improper tire shine application. TJs gives you the option of running your vehicle through an automated wash or hand washing it yourself. The automated wash is pretty much exactly like the one offered at 610 Car Wash. The only difference are the prices; on average about $5.00 less for each level of wash. I guess that is the price to have, or not have, teenagers vacuum and towel dry your car. It might be worth it if you're feeling lazy to pay the difference or you're fearing hypothermia in the winter, but I'd much rather do it myself. The entrance is a little hard to navigate when you're not familiar with it. Your first assumption will be to go in from the McDonald's parking lot, but that is NOT an entrance. In fact, the only entrance for TJs requires that you turn onto the road next to the Jiffy Lube and drive all the way around to the back. Many a time I've contemplated that set up without being able to make sense of it. I won't go into the details of why I think the entrance and exit should be reversed, but I bet you'll see it the same way if you take a good look at it. Finally, bring your own tire shine and dashboard cleaner. They're normally out. read more

I recently took my F-150 pickup through and in the middle of the wash it just stopped completely, with the washing bands just hanging down on the hood of the truck. I pulled up a little, than back a little to see if I wasn't sitting on the tracks properly, but nothing. I eventually slowly pulled out though the washing bands and stopped at the exit. Paid a total of $21.00 for the $16.00 package automatic car wash (most expensive) and added the $5.00 Rain-ex treatment. You basically drive in to the bay, between two tracks on the ground. A sign tells you when to stop. Then the car stays still, while the machine whirls and twirls around you. At the end, you exit slowly through the blowers. Outside of the car wash bays were the vacuums. I got excited when I saw they had rug/upholstery shampooers too. But, they were all 'out of order.' The vacuums, while sufficient, were cracked and not as powerful as needed. I ended up using 2 different ones and finally got the job done. It cost $1.00 (4 quarters) for 4 minutes. I ran it for 4 cycles. They do have change/token machines nearby. I don't think I'll return. This was my first experience in this region. There has to be better! read more

One thing I look for is professionalism, friendliness and of course, whatever the service(s) is to actual work. NONE OF THE ABOVE, NONE. I've been here a few times and it's been pretty decent. I went last week and i paid a $20 for the $16 car wash. The machine did not dispense any change and advised to contact the cashier with the receipt. I drove around to the cashiers office and i thought I heard someone laughing. The car wash and the supposed owner were completely inadequate to say the least and totally rude. I had not been there before and desired to get my SUV washed. I paid the $16 for the ultimate wash and proceeded into the car wash bay. Once it was finished, I got out to make sure there was no damage to my vehicle and ensure it was washed. The noticed the owner walking around and I attempted to get his attention. I attempted to engage him in a conversation about the rear of our SUV and he totally blew me off. I then took several pictures of the car and pulled into a parking spot to attempt to re-enage the owner again. I explained once again that the rear of our SUV was not clean and he said it was not his problem. I told him I paid for the ultimate wash and just wanted my car clean. The owner said the car wash machine was old and I told him that was not my problem. He exchanged some words with me and the old me to go down the street to get my car washed by hand. We paid $16 for a triple foam wash . We didn't even get foam. Not sure there was even soap that came out. Mind you this is the second time it this happens. Not to mention the brushes are full of mold and the water smaller of rancid sewer water. The wash owner was there. I advised of him that I was I unsatisfied with services based on the amount of that I paid and that I didn't get the foam and wax as advertised. He said "there's no problem with it I just checked all the levels and I must have missed the foam but it was there". I told him that his was the second time this happens(the first time it happened he brought me back around to rewash my vehicle). This being the second time he remembered me and said '"so what do you want do you want to wash your vehicle again that's fine bring it around". I told him no I just want you to fix the problem with the foam and your brushes have mold and the water smells. And he responded "oh well" and walked away. I was shocked. He left the conversation very angry and disregarded everything I said. I tried to rectify the situation in hopes that it was an honest mistake. But it became unmistakably apparent that this shop owner did not care about the maintenance and customer satisfaction. Beware if you bring your vehicle here. You will not get what you paid for and not to mention the self wash machines work half the time and take your money. Took my Suburban here for a car wash. Their equipment put some swirl scratches in the tailgate paint. When I complained TJ's would not take any sort of responsibility - they said they would have needed to inspect the vehicle beforehand to verify the scratches weren't there before. I know my vehicle and the scratches weren't there before my car went through TJ's wash. I will never go to TJ's again and will never recommend that anyone go here. read more

Tonight on , Oct 4, I arrived 2018 to clean off my truck before winter..truck was already basically pristine just dust. Pullled up as usual with the understanding that vending machines and/or equipment commonly has issues but they are the only choice in STAFFORD. I was greeted at the self serve wash booth by an older Asian broken English speaking employee that approached my 5 year old son and I rather aggressively and I could not understand him. So he decided to smack my tail gate and point to a sign that basically said you can no longer clean truck beds, some other items and or any car that was "Dirty" basically. I let him know he should address me professionally but I believe there was a language barrier. What is a car wash for? Do not touch my property or make my child uncomfortable. I will not go back here again and thank the lord for my military temperment. STAFFORD is a military town and cars get dirty. Used this car wash twice, both times with the manual spray. First experience was good, but on the second the machine controlling the sprayer was messed up and dispensing the wrong thing for the selections I was pushing. Had to put in extra money due to the time I wasted trying to figure out how to get the machine to work. I notified the on duty manager and requested a refund and was very abruptly told I would not get a refund and there was nothing wrong with the machine.
