Was traveling today when we saw this crab house and decided to stop in. Had the special of the day and it did not disappoint! Plenty of mussels, shrimp and crab legs. Tasty garlic butter sauce. Since it was midday, it was kind of quiet but service was still very good. Food made the trip worthwhile! read more

I only ordered the Cajun fried rice and it was pretty good. Nothing too extraordinary I felt they could use a little more seasoning. Additionally, I was not happy that the attendant charged me incorrectly for my order, after I even double checked (he seemed like he was having a hard time) and instead of voiding the two dollars, again $2, and letting me go, they made me pay it as a tip. read more

my friends and i get boils from here often. we dont gatekeep around here. ive been to a few restaurants for boils and edge crab house just gonn do it for me everytime the juicy special sauce is so bomb esp w a side of white rice. no complaints about the service. the restaurant is clean and never ridiculously busy which is nice. read more

What I was expecting vs what I got was two different things. The pictures show these healthy full and satisfying crab boils. What I got was this skimpy snow crab boil with little to no meat. It wasn't even worth using the crab cracker. Being that the legs was so small. The male server was nice, polite and kept checking on us throughout. The female server had a attitude so we would just ask for the male server. The males good service is why I gave two stars. Otherwise it would be one star from me. I won't be returning due to them not providing what they advertised in pictures. And overall the flavor was mediocre. read more

We got the ayce seafood boil and the value and flavor was fantastic. There was a large plethora of options from the Ayce menu. The sauce was plentiful and came with free butter! The food also came out relatively fast for a customizable seafood boil. The service was great, our waiter checked in on us enough to ensure we had enough food, but not enough to be overbearing. The overall ambience of the restaurant was very calm and open, seems like it has a lot of potential! I would definitely recommend trying it and would come back. read more

Went for work lunch got the shrimp basket. I enjoyed it quite a lot. The fries were super crispy which I like and the shrimp were so crunchy they looked like popcorn but bigger. Will go again. There were 3 of us and 1 other group there so it was kinda dead but I dont like super noisy so again very pleased. read more

I'm a huge hush puppy fan so I was happy to see them on the menu. I got an order of those and a chicken tenders box with sweet potato fries. My daughter got the Cajun fried rice. The hush puppies were amazing. They had pieces of corn in them, which I love. The sweet potato fries are waffle fries and they were some of the best sweet potato fries I've ever had. The chicken tenders were good too with a thick (but not too thick) breading. I was impressed overall and I'll definitely be back! read more

I'm always hopeful so this is just my raw review before actually eating. Yup... it's in Edgewood, MD. There are other options available nearby, however I like to try places outside of my comfort zone as well. It has an old shipwreck feeling to it, butttt perhaps that's the intention; given they're mostly seafood. Customer service was very good. The establishment itself is very clean, not well lit but it is 93 degrees today and it feels like 105 degrees outside honestly, so the dim lighting isn't a deal breaker (side note: I wear transitional lenses so it could appear more dim to me lots of laughs) - ok the food thoughhhhhh - ok well 8 out of 10 - presentation is fire (great) for take out - smells amazing - and we all know the nose doesn't lie... Whelp not minezzzzz.... I ate the food so fast; lots of laughs... Side note: Well seasoned and still hot when I arrived home... I was skeptical going here due to the location but we went for our anniversary after hearing how good it was. and it turned out to be the best seafood meal we have ever had. We got the meal with a whole lobster and 2 clusters of snow crab that also had black mussels, green mussels, crawfish, shrimp, corn, potatoes, and to top it off it also had 4 blue crabs. The seasoning we chose was Cajun and also a side of butter. I could eat a whole container of the seasoning alone it was so good. We will definitely be back. read more

Went here on Valentine's Day, the restaurant wasn't full at the beginning but got more busy as time went on. We waited 20 minutes and weren't even acknowledged until we flagged someone down. Took our order and didn't say anything else for another hour and 20 minutes until the power suddenly shut down. They rolled out at least 20-25 DoorDash order while no one in the restaurant had any food on their table. This was the worst I've ever seen a business perform. Considering it was Valentine's Day they should have prepared better. They stole the Holiday from at least 15 families. So sad and inconsiderate. read more

Amazing!!!!! We ordered the king crab legs and shrimp boil with the "juicy special sauce". The flavors was outstanding and the king crab legs were heavy and full. The shrimp potatoes and corn were delicious too! Our waiters were friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean spacious and welcoming. Decided to have a little "celebration" for a successful year end at our business. The good - attentive service. Called ahead and they held a table for 15 min until we arrived. Friday and it was packed. Cocktails good. Food, I've got some concerns. Appetizers - ordered cheesesteak eggrolls and octopus. Eggrolls were excellent. Octopus thought, I'm used to the presentation at Bacco's so I could do without it being cut into tiny pieces and buried in sauce. Salad - shared the kale salad. Great flavor but the ( wife's pet peeve when I serve it ), the kale was in very large chunks, could use a bit more chopping. Main Course - wife had stroganoff and I had the NY strip. I don't know what it is about Harford County but it's the last time I'll try to get a proper NY strip here. I should have known when it was only $52 on the menu. Steak & Main advertises "best steaks around" and serves the same 1/2" thin cut slice that looks like it came from Ponderosa but they charge $65 which is a ripoff. I like my steak rare and with a steak this thin, it's impossible but at least they were close. Again, stuff all over the top of the meat, a bit too much. Stroganoff - solid!! Dessert- Bananas Foster / solid!! My only gripe is the steak. We will be back for sure but I'm done trying to get one out and will just continue getting a nice cut from a butcher and treating myself at home.
