Was traveling today when we saw this crab house and decided to stop in. Had the special of the day and it did not disappoint! Plenty of mussels, shrimp and crab legs. Tasty garlic butter sauce. They have really good Cajun shrimp fried rice. That's the only thing I have ever had from there so that's all I can speak on lol

I only ordered the Cajun fried rice and it was pretty good. Nothing too extraordinary I felt they could use a little more seasoning. Additionally, I was not happy that the attendant charged me incorrectly for my order, after I even double checked (he seemed like he was having a hard time) and instead of voiding the two dollars, again $2, and letting me go, they made me pay it as a tip. read more

What I was expecting vs what I got was two different things. The pictures show these healthy full and satisfying crab boils. What I got was this skimpy snow crab boil with little to no meat. It wasn't even worth using the crab cracker. Being that the legs was so small. The male server was nice, polite and kept checking on us throughout. The female server had a attitude so we would just ask for the male server. The males good service is why I gave two stars. Otherwise it would be one star from me. We got the ayce seafood boil and the value and flavor was fantastic. There was a large plethora of options from the Ayce menu. The sauce was plentiful and came with free butter! The food also came out relatively fast for a customizable seafood boil. The service was great, our waiter checked in on us enough to ensure we had enough food, but not enough to be overbearing. Went for work lunch got the shrimp basket. I enjoyed it quite a lot. The fries were super crispy which I like and the shrimp were so crunchy they looked like popcorn but bigger. Will go again. I'm a huge hush puppy fan so I was happy to see them on the menu. I got an order of those and a chicken tenders box with sweet potato fries. My daughter got the Cajun fried rice. The hush puppies were amazing. They had pieces of corn in them, which I love. The sweet potato fries are waffle fries and they were some of the best sweet potato fries I've ever had. I'm always hopeful so this is just my raw review before actually eating. Yup... it's in Edgewood, MD. There are other options available nearby, however I like to try places outside of my comfort zone as well. It has an old shipwreck feeling to it, butttt perhaps that's the intention; given they're mostly seafood. Customer service was very good. The establishment itself is very clean, not well lit but it is 93 degrees today and it feels like 105 degrees outside honestly, so the dim lighting isn't a deal breaker (side note: I wear transitional lenses so it could appear more dim to me lots of laughs) - ok the food thoughhhhhh - ok well 8 out of 10 - presentation is fire (great) for take out - smells amazing - and we all know the nose doesn't lie... I was skeptical going here due to the location but we went for our anniversary after hearing how good it was. and it turned out to be the best seafood meal we have ever had. We got the meal with a whole lobster and 2 clusters of snow crab that also had black mussels, green mussels, crawfish, shrimp, corn, potatoes, and to top it off it also had 4 blue crabs. Went here on Valentine's Day, the restaurant wasn't full at the beginning but got more busy as time went on. We waited 20 minutes and weren't even acknowledged until we flagged someone down. Took our order and didn't say anything else for another hour and 20 minutes until the power suddenly shut down. They rolled out at least 20-25 DoorDash order while no one in the restaurant had any food on their table. This was the worst I've ever seen a business perform.
