The decor is light and airy, as you walk in you are warmly greeted by one of the reception staff. There is a tv and a small play area for toddlers. Once in the consulting room Dr Gabriel really puts you at ease, she is wonderful with the kids too. There is limited patient car parking place outside the building but plenty of off road spaces locally. The 997 and 28 buses stop just opposite.

He gave as much information over the phone as possible and when we arrived he was nothing but sympathetic, caring and professional. Needed a wisdom tooth out in the end which was over in less than a minute. Today I tried using the Equality Act 2010 again and reasonable ajustments. And the receptionist kept talking over me deliberitly not wanting to let me use it for my health to help. So then they kept hanging the phone up, which never helped my condition so I kept phoning back. And even without answering cutting me off. I paid a lot of money to join this practice which they asked for and now they are not even answering the phone they blocked me. I'm my opnion they clearly have issues with people such as me with disabilitys. And use a protected act and you get worse treatment. I recorded the call today but also asked for their recordings under a subject access request under GDPR legislation which is free they have to give you it. Things got so bad today they made a threat against me for phoning up when they kept hanging up. So I contacted the Police for and was given a log number for any futher incidences. One manager stated to me about my treatment from the dentist. If you want to complain about treatment complain to him. I allready advised them the dentist scares me do to certain actions. So asked for ajustment for me not to deal with him directly and they ignored this as well. They tried to say he is inderpendent from them. But the fact is they have a duty of care. And they have what is legally known as a NON DELEGABLE DUTY" The amounts of money from what they state has gone right up over £1000 for me. Not the prices on their web page. You see the real side of these when you start to complain they are not so friendly then. And I am classed as disabilied.

Every time I'd passed there, I'd always wanted to go in and ask about the dental services they provide. Because I've seen signs being advertised across the Great Barr area, and I really needed a good dental surgery. I don't like dentists and I don't think many people do. So, when it came to the time when I knew I had to go, I had to make sure the surgery would be a great one. I'd heard so many good things about this surgery, so that's what convinced me to go with them. Once I registered with them, I received an exceptional service. Especially from the dentist that dealt with my dental treatment. It's great to know we have such brilliant dentists like this around which you can register with even if you don't live in that area. As it was an urgent treatment, I'm glad I went to a reputable surgery.

I went to them with a problem of a half completed root canal with extreme pain and informed them straight away about my severe dentist anxiety thanks to a botched procedure years ago. The dentist tried to almost bully me into a quicker answer on whether I wanted him to perform an invasive and stressful procedure or not, so he could go for lunch (which we said he could have done and we'd have returned, but he insisted it had to be done RIGHT THEN). He then prescribed me antibiotics I have been assured since by medical professionals WOULD NOT HELP, and gave me a prescription that conflicted with a medication I had already informed him I take regularly. All in all, this was a severe waste of £60 that left me feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and completely unvalued. I would not recommend this clinic to an enemy. Also, it was far too cold in there. Air-con doesn't have to *always* be on.

One year on, and more experiences to relate…read more Went back for a check up and it was all done via email, plus there was a special offer return patient discount at the time. Tick! Had the same dentist (Adnan Aslam), who was again lovely and not condescending. Then things got interesting when I fractured a cusp on a tooth that had a filling. I had been to see a dentist who is a friend of a friend and didn't want to insult him so went to him. He looked at it, gave me an appointment for 2 weeks later, cancelled because he was unwell, and then was going to be off for another 2 weeks over Easter. I decided to email All Saints. I was given a Saturday appointment with Adnan. Unfortunately, the slot he was given also didn't allow time to fix it...but, and here's the amazing thing, when he saw how frustrated I was he brought me back at 6pm and did the work. I was, and am, stunned. The assistants and receptionist also stayed late (on Easter Saturday) and couldn't have been sweeter. He does a fabulous consultation, isn't condescending at all (not a given), and did one of the best mandibular blocks I've had. And I've had many! Great job on the filling, so hoping I won't undo his work too soon... Massive thanks to all involved for relieving a huge amount of stress!
