The office wanted to charge me more for a second consultation as if I'm supposed to trust them now lol. I was supposed to collect my retainers August 17th at 8am only to discover that I needed to come back the next day because front desk or whomever didn't notify me that UPS comes between 11am or 12 to 3. Why would you not educate and agree with Invisalign retainers knowing I have missing teeth to make space for aligning and an overbite? I took time out of my day earlier this week to make a second and last payment for the retainers because once again someone was incompetent not to collect. My daughter was seen on Tuesday, July 13th and the hygienist was snappy and rude, she refused to listen to my daughter concern about how the removal of her wisdom teeth may have caused a gap to return between her two front teeth. My daughter attended her appointment for the first time without an older adult because she is 18 but when she return home after her appointment she was so upset because the hygienist was so rude and her tone was so harsh when she spoke to her. My daughter said that the orthodontist, Dr. Jessie was there and her attitude was no better and my daughter said she noticed that Dr. Jessie had positive energy when treating other patients but when she arrived at her station had demeanor and body language changed and she was less friendly. Since we started my daughter's braces treatment at Perry Hall location it has been one issue after another. There were many times when the staff and the hygienist were not friendly. I've tried to move her treatment to one of their other offices, and they made it so challenging that it didn't happen so she finished her treatment at the Perry Hall location. This journey was not pleasant for my daughter or myself. I would not recommend anyone to use the Perry Hall location.

Now we are almost done with treatment with my youngest daughter and it turned out worse that it was before her treatment began. She had a very difficult case, which didn't seem to phase them during consultation, they charged us 2x as much because it was going to take more work to fix. 18 months later, she has a tooth with root reabsoption, because of too much trauma on the tooth when they were moving it. We initially sought treatment for her crossbite, but now it is a severe underbite that jets out and they refused to do extractions even though there was severe crowding on the bottom they straightened out, her front teeth are almost coming out of the jaw bone as there is not enough space and they are stretched so thin. The teeth barely fit and her bottom jaw jets out, but the doctors are ready to take her braces off, as they insist there's nothing they can do now.
