I requested a hair cut for "long hair" and the price was 75.00 not including my tip. I cut a little over a foot of hair off. WHAT I REQUESTED: hair length in between my collar bone and above my chest. Daniel suggested what length would fit my needs. I requested NO LAYERS IN THE BACK. Face framing bangs (because I often blow out my hair) and Daniel made the decision to blend my face framing bangs to the length of my hair. I received a wash, blow dry, and blow out. I am providing photos of my hair before (from the back) and my hair post cut and styled. Daniel was super attentive to all the things I wanted in the cut, even factored in some events I was going to have in the coming months and what styles I can achieve if my hair were to grow out a bit more. Once the hair cut experience was over, he showed me which products he used and suggested some tips on some hair product questions I had. I felt like it was meant to be because it just all worked out so well and booking online was so easy. I booked a 90 minute appointment with Bitali for the Moisturizing Head Spa service. The location was easy for me to find because I know the area well, but if you're unfamiliar I put up photos of the door and its relation to a business that's easy to spot from the street. It's the door just to the left of Jersey's Pizza. The stairs lead you up to the hallway where you'll wait. She opens the door right at the time of your service. I liked the energy in the waiting area. The hallway is filled with business doors where women are getting their hair or nails done. There are also some aestheticians who have doors in the hallway. I liked the chatter from all the ladies taking care of themselves. It is a very joyful and beautiful space. Once I was in the room, I was greeted and instructed to remove my top clothing and sit in the chair with my towel robe. Bitali did a visual assessment with a scalp camera and explained what we were looking at throughout. After that I laid out and she went to work. It was so relaxing! I savored every minute of peace I had laying there. After the final rinse out, I got back in the chair to do a reassessment of my scalp. I got dressed and left with my hair wet. Once it dried out, my hair was the softest it's ever been. The whole experience was well worth it. I feel great and will be back regularly!
