My wife and I both visited Eden Dental recently, and thought it was exemplary in every way. The office itself is very nice, and the staff is extremely courteous. I have always had a lot of anxiety about the dentist, and Dr. Koshy's warm, hands-on and attentive approach completely put me at ease. My wife has a TMJ condition, and Dr. Koshy listened intently to her backstory, and took the time to give her thoughtful feedback on her best course of treatment. The staff was very supportive and helpful in providing radiographs for her specialist - so a special kudos to them for being so great! I was really touched by the caring attitude of Susan to finally inspire me to make my first visit to see Dr. Koshy. I had suffered 2 years from the wrong direction given by another dentist. I was pleasantly greeted and made to feel at ease. I was able to speak freely about the decision I had made and he immediately reassured me that it was the best decision. from beginning to end, my experience at eden dental in yonkers was made as comfortable, informative and engaging as possible by all staff involved. two of my three crowns didn't fit to his satisfaction. While this meant my having to wear the uncomfortable temporary crown molds for two more weeks and my having to make another trip, I was impressed with this dentists to commitment to good service and my dental health. As Good As It Gets! By far, the BEST dentist I have ever gone to. Straight shooting, thorough and kind. The dentist is such a great person! I visit Eden Dental twice a year for a cleaning. The dentist is very friendly, knowledgeable, and concise, as was the hygienist. They were both fantastic and the rest of the staff always seemes eager to help. I was in and out under and hour with a thorough cleaning as well as x-rays. He was professional he was social and did a great job... He graduated from NYU has had top education...
