    Cauliflower appetizer
    Kris L.

We had an excellent lunch at Eden. We started with the sweet and sour cauliflower which they were able to use a gluten free batter for me, and also a tortilla soup which was fabulous - highly recommended. The balance of flavors for both starters was excellent. I had the Poblano chicken sandwich and salad on gluten free bun. Loved that it was overflowing with caramelized onions, peppers and of course big poblano peppers, The salad was also great, watermelon radish, carrots, celery, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and with a nice healthy vinegar based dressing on the side. My husband's main was the mushroom ravioli special and he really enjoyed this. We also splurged on the flourless chocolate tort which was a bit like a rich brownie with house whipped cream.

We enjoy dining at Eden frequently. The fabulous food, service and ambiance is hard to beat! Friendly staff , great wine list, chicken piccata and wild salmon entrees are two exceptional choices... such a nice addition to our Cottonwood community.

We arrived early for our reservation and were seated right away. The restruant was clean. The lights are subtle and the tables are well spaced. Our waiter was attentive but did not tell us about the specials. The busboy kept our water filled. We started with the cauliflower appetizer. It was very tasty. The sauce was spicy and the cauliflower was tender and firm. I had a lavender lemonade. It was not a sweet lemonade. For dinner I had the fish and chips. The fish was tender and flakey. The breading was gluten free. The accompanying kale slaw was refreshing. The kale was tender and the citrus dressing wa light and sweet. My husband had the mutombo burger. It was huge. The portions of both our dinners were generous.

A Must-Visit Culinary Gem! We were recommended by a local B&B (Origins) that Eden's was a "must-visit," and wow, they were not kidding! From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. We were seated by a friendly hostess and looked after by two exceptional servers (one was in training, but you'd never know it). It's clear the staff truly cares about the product and the guest experience; they were incredibly knowledgeable about the wine, spirits, and food pairings. The Drinks Golden Hour Aperol Spritz: Crisp, sweet, and tart. I had two because they were that good! Demeter Martini: My husband loved this, served ice cold and "just dirty enough." They use Castelvetrano olives and brine, which made a huge difference. Timeless Tree Top Old Fashioned: A perfect for a night cap. The Boozy Affogato that was the perfect final note. The Food We started with the Shrimp Cocktail. The shrimp were perfectly cold, the Asian slaw "slapped," and the spicy cilantro cocktail sauce had the perfect balance. We missed the Ceviche special this time, but we'll definitely be back for it! For the mains: Chilean Sea Bass (Special): Served in a butter bean and garbanzo broth with chorizo and smoked tomato butter. It was complex and rich, yet surprisingly light. Every bite revealed a new layer of flavor. Crispy Slow-Braised Beeler's Pork: Served with fresh ramen and stir-fried Asian vegetables. I don't think I've ever tasted anything so delicious. It was tender, crispy, and "lick the plate" worthy! Get this dish. The Pairings The servers really knew their stuff. They suggested a Blanc de Blancs bubbles to pair with my Sea Bass and the Eschol Red Blend for my husband's pork. Both were spot-on. We finished with a boozy Bottom Line: The service is top-tier; friendly, knowledgeable, and genuine. We live an hour and a half away, but we will be making the trip back as often as we can. Highly recommended!

Delicious tortilla soup! I could eat this all day!

Absolutely, outstanding! My husband and I were in town for my birthday weekend and we decided to head into Eden because of the glowing reviews and from the pictures, the atmosphere looked classy but, not stuffy. The restaurant is nestled off the main road in a plaza with other businesses but, parking was easy. We walked in and immediately fell in love! The interior was beautiful with local artwork, plants, and lovely elegant touches everywhere. We sat at the bar and were helped immediately. Every bartender chatted with us, answered menu questions and was so personable. My husband ordered a local beer and I had a delicious orange spritz with Eden's rosé. It was perfect! In fact, their wine was buttery, rich and really delicious. I ordered the tortilla soup which was so flavorful, perfect spice and fantastic. My husband absolutely loved his tacos. He ate all three. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food. When we finished we immediately wanted to plan our next trip. We are really, really looking forward to a dinner at Eden next time we're in town! If you're searching for a decadent, well priced, classy local Cottonwood spot to eat, look no further!

Grilled chicken sandwich with truffle parm fries

Well we had high hopes for this restaurant because of a recommendation from a friend. I would give it 4 stars for the drinks but only 3 for the food. We had a party of five and ordered one of the burgers, the Steak Frites, the butternut squash ravioli, the chicken piccata, a bowl of chicken tortilla soup, and the grilled chicken sandwich. Everything was good except the chicken sandwich and the chicken piccata. Whoever was cooking the chicken that night was overcooking it. The grilled chicken was black on the edges and the chicken piccata was dry. Other than that, the service was great and the atmosphere was very nice. Would go back and try again with some other dishes.

Wonderful place....everything was just so well done. Tried the elote appetizers and a special baked brie...both good. Our table got the bologna, mussels (appetizer) which had a spicy sauce and steak chimichurra. All very good. For dessert, citrus olive oil cake and flourless chocolate cake. All dishes very good and presented beautifully. Cocktails are unique. We will be back...such a peaceful evening

Lovely atmosphere, perfect for a date night or special occasion. The service was great, even when we came in an hour before closing. Everything thing we ordered was delicious. The truffle fries that came with the steak frites were amazing.

Baked Brie! The bacon tomato jam and sourdough with the cheese were so hearty and mouthwatering

What a lovely experience in Cottonwood! We wandered into town from Colorado after a long road trip tonight and were immediately greeted by some of the best hospitality and most gracious folks we've encountered on our trip. That was only the beginning, the ambiance was perfect for a spur of the moment date night, and the FOOD was sublime. 10/10 and highly recommend the Baked Brie special, I hope to return one day just for that alone. Our server Nathan was awesome as well - Thank you all for the most wonderful dining experience.

Made a reservation a few hours ahead online. Live music upon arrival was lovely in the background. Large enough money for everyone and budget friendly. My guy got his burger and said it was one of the best he's ever had. My steak frites with Parmesan truffle fries was delish. We both licked our plates clean and ordered dessert.

Traveling back to Arizona, we knew we had to return, and once again, it exceeded every expectation. The filet mignon is simply out of this world--served sizzling in a cast iron skillet with clarified butter, it's incredibly flavorful, perfectly cooked, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. It's the kind of dish you think about long after the meal is over. What really sets this place apart, though, is the people. The staff consistently go above and beyond, creating an experience that feels both elevated and welcoming. And Michael, the manager, is exceptional--so accommodating, attentive, and genuinely invested in making every guest feel taken care of. It's rare to find a restaurant that delivers this level of quality and consistency twice, let alone make you want to keep coming back. Without a doubt, one of the greatest dining experiences in the USA. We'll absolutely be back again.

My wife and I spent a week in the Payson area and we wanted to enjoy some really good food, so the Old Country Inn was on our radar. Pine is a unique town with a lot of natural beauty, so we sat on the patio. The highway was busy, but that didn't matter because it was a gorgeous day. Our server Joyce was great. She made recommendations and helped us select the Burrata Pie based on her description. It did not disappoint. I wish I had taken a photo of the whole pizza before we ate the entire thing. Several things stood out. The crust is soooooo good. The char from the wood-fired oven was perfect. The pepperoni was also the best I've ever tried. Now add the dollops of Burrata Cheese, hot honey, fresh basil, and cracked pepper. Best. Pizza. Ever! I've enjoyed the numerous varieties of pizza that are available.
