From the moment I walked through the door I knew my visit would not be as pleasant as I would have hoped. Four other brides had told me they did not have the experience they expected or after they had purchased their dress it was as if their fittings were a complete hassle for them.
I thought I would make my own judgement on this so booked an appointment, only to find that all the bad reviews came true for my visit!
Two women assisted me upstairs in the Bridal lounge one being the owner who in my experience could have put on a smile or made a conversation at least.. not just for me but for her business as this non happy visit put me off and only ensures that I will make a point of sharing my experience with as many people as possible and for the other lady she was just completely rude her attitude and customer service honestly had to be the worst I have ever experienced, it was so disappointing to catch her roll her eyes and sigh as if to say she had no time for me.
My visit lasted no more than 20 minutes until I realised I could not spend one more minute in an environment where I was not made to feel welcome or special as this should have been one of my most happiest moments in the preparation for my wedding.
I have wrote this review as I could not believe I could come away from any bridal fitting feeling this enraged. Usually any other bad customer service I would just brush it off and it is forgotten about, but this has really upset me that Eden Bridal can make Brides to be feel so unimportant we are not buying a dress at £300 they are usually £1000+. read more
