Slid in the quarters and got no response also the mechanism where I press to get my quarters back wasn't working which didn't surprise me. I don't know why I stepped in the notify the big guy sitting down in charge, all I did was interrupt his entertaining chat with another gentlemen, how rude of me! But that's okay he didn't hold back his facial expression in knowing how bothered he was in informing me "Thats only you! That machines been working all day man!" Turned around irritated by my nerve and kept his chat going. How could I right? Just wake up on a crappy rainy day trying to mess up this guys day. Poor guy had to get up from his seat and everything. I would avoid coming by here at all cost especially if you have to tamper with this guys awesome chats.

I asked for their prices for this same service and they told me the cost per break and rudder and said including service it shouldn't be any more than $300. Wow pretty reasonable! I then went to get a tuneup and explained how I thought it may be the spark plugs. Russ fixed them within a couple of house for $140! My experience with auto places as been full of sleezy men who make me feel uncomfortable and overcharge me under the manipulation they are "giving me a deal". It's caused me to procrastinate super long just to avoid the anxiety of going to the auto shop. I was so relieved at the friendliness of all of the employees here and I truly feel this place is not in the business of swindling you. It's good to have an honest, transparent auto shop in the neighborhood!

The few times that I have gone there has been out of nececity not pleasure nor because I wanted to step foot in the store. He yells at people, calls them names and is a nervous breakdown waiting to happen. Unfortunately, I moved nearby and whenever I forget to bring something home I have to drop by but I hate it. I hate being yelled at or being called names, especially after a long day's work.

Also the first gas machine is always broken or mostly it's broken . We are lucky this gas station still has gas . If that isn't enough they have an employee that leaves every 10 minutes to go pray. Which is fine it's a free country. However they have only one employee working . So he literally shuts the whole gas station down to go pray for 10 minutes. I waited one time and it was more like 20 minutes not 10 .

The wheel on my car FELL OFF here one night (I don't know, maybz it wuz hit by a stray bullet. Maybz I should get my car serviced once a decade...) and I was stuck here for 3 hours. Tow trucks *refused* to come. The sights and sounds will be with me for a lifetime.
