I don't know it was possible to ruin a simple salad and chicken made in the oven. Im no professional chef, yet I know how to use YouTube and TikTok to cook basic dishes. But the cooking abilities is not what got me to write the review, it was how rude was the chef. Upon asking to help open champagne for the guests, she quickly pointed out it's not her job, then when our guests said "okay, we will do it ourselves" , she pulled the bottle out and proceeded with "okay, I'll do it". I understand wanting to be with family for the New Year, but then don't make this holiday miserable for people when you agree to the job. The food was barely eaten and thrown away the next day. Upon receiving the final invoice it had a 20% gratuity. Not sure for what, but didn't want to deal with this company any further.
