I just have to write this review, though Katie won't end up catering my event (her hubby's bday is the same day as my event!). I would have ABSOLUTELY used her company and her private chef services if the schedule had worked out. At any rate, while we were doing some up-front planning, this was my experience with her: Communication = 1 million stars (shown here in the future as 5 stars) Flexibility and accommodation to menu requests = Same. 5 stars. We had a list of "no this" and "please limit that" and she was 100% accommodating. Awesome. Creativity of menu options = 5 stars. What she came up with for a menu for us sounded freaking amazing, and my mouth was watering just reading it - even with all our limitations! Helpfulness, overall = 5 stars. Maybe for an anniversary when we're in Snowmass we'll have the opportunity to try again. :) read more

Katie and her team did such a fantastic job at our wedding. She created a custom menu for us, and our guests compliment the food WEEKS after the wedding. Katie is not only an incredible and imaginative chef, she is an absolute pleasure to work with! I was fortunate to have Katie as a private chef at a 2 week course where she prepared two delectable meals/day; and she and the Eat team catered my wedding. Guests from our wedding say it was one of the best meals they've ever had. Katie is one of the most passionate people I've ever met. She truly cares about her clients as much as she cares about where she sources the food she serves them and the farmers/producers of the locally sourced items.
