Still no mattress. They call about another delay and offer $50 off the price to apologize for the inconvenience. We yell at them and the discount goes up to $500 and they offer to send a temporary loaner mattress until the one we ordered can arrive. We reluctantly agree, and they send it to the wrong address! We are still scheduled to receive our original mattress at some point, but nothing should be this hard when you pay over $2500. If you shop here, be sure to grill the sales people about what is and is not in stock. They obviously don't have a clue.

After a good try, we just didn't like it - I felt stuck in it if I tried to change position and a bit hot. I called to ask about how to go about exchanging and the person on the phone was a little rude. If you have an exchange option, please don't be rude when it's requested. We went in to choose a new one and luckily Ray helped us out. He was so kind about the exchange, so patient as we tried other options, and so helpful with our questions. We ordered a more traditional Stearns & foster with super duper springs and had our first sleep on it last night. It was so much better, we're so happy we went through the process of the exchange, and so glad we got to deal with Ray.

They were able to schedule delivery within 2 weeks. On delivery day, it was apparent that the bed did not fit the frame. It was returned to the factory and I waited for contact from someone about the next step. I finally called and was told that someone would come out and measure the frame. That happened almost 2 weeks later. I just received the mattress and box springs set today - 2 months after the original delivery date. The delivery guys were wonderful. I wasn't their fault for the delays. My advice is to be very specific out front about what you are ordering, especially if there is anything special that needs to be done.

Got it fixed and found out it voids further use of the warranty. Got regular recliners that we never use in our spare room and they are peeling after barely being sat on. The stools we bought always need their screws tightened and they barely get used. The fixtures on the dresser have fallen out on multiple drawers. Do yourself a favor. Spend more on better stuff.

Then, the sofa was scheduled to be delivered, they called the day before and confirmed delivery, morning of they called and said it will be arriving in 42 minutes. On the 42nd minute, they called and said they couldn't deliver .. damaged. The second delivery for the replacement sofa was made, they arrived and would not bring it thru my sliding glass doors.. .I am on the first floor maybe 4 ft. from ground, and they refused to lean it against the balcony railing and pull it into the living room from the patio. This is their customer service...... this company is extremely horrible. Go elsewhere. I would give them 0 stars, but had to select 1 star.
