My mechanic recommended these guys several years ago for tire service. They are simply the best. I…read morewill never buy tires from the big name stores or clubs ever again. Jake and his team provide competitive pricing, great workmanship and excellent customer service. No up selling. No pressure. Just honest service. Today my wife got a flat on the way home around lunchtime. A screw very close to the sidewall. Not repairable. A quick look at the other tires. She needs all four. So I called Freedman and spoke with Tony. He provided a competitve quote when I asked when could she bring the car in, he said anytime. Today is good. She got there around 1:30 and was on her way home about an hour later. Doesnt get any better than that. Wife super happy. Me too. Happy wife, happy life!

DO NOT GO HERE. I dropped off my car with a check engine…read morelight on. I had already done a diagnosis myself for free at AutoZone and even supplied Freedman with the printout of the diagnostic. He joked that he'd have it done in one hour on a Saturday -- which they close at 1:00, something he did not tell me. I left and called two hours later to check on my car. He said he wouldn't have time to work on it today and asked if I could walk there because "it should be time enough since they close in 20 minutes." I rushed over. He said I owed $80 and that it would go toward my final bill for the "diagnosis." I paid, and we made an agreement that I'd drop my car off the next week. He promised it would only take a short time. I let him know I needed the car for work and that I'd be using a family member's car in the meantime. He once again joked about how easy of a fix it would be and told me not to worry -- it would be done before the week was out (this was Thursday). I dropped the car off. Saturday came, and the car still had not been fixed. I let them know I had to come get it. When I arrived, I asked if I owe anything? They responded, "Nothing, today." They asked me to bring the car back the following week because they were waiting on a part. I never brought the car back because I was displeased with the constant joking about how fast it would be, yet no work was done besides the "diagnostic" -- which I had already supplied to them upon arrival, and paid for. I am still driving around with a check engine light on, and they continue to bill me OVER $300. FOR WHAT?? When I call, they constantly say "they're busy right now and can't talk." My family has used them for many years, and I was told to go here. They have witnessed what Jake and his team of scammers have tried to pull on me. He will not be receiving any of our business again, and I hope people take this as a warning. If you want to get scammed and still have a broken car, this is your place.

I then purchased a new vehicle and returned to Glassons when my warranty expired a few years later for a routine oil change and filter. Th next morning, I noticed a large puddle of oil beneath the car and brought the car back to the shop. A different tech examined the car and noted that the oil filter had not been installed correctly. The following morning I noted a fresh puddle of oil beneath the vehicle. Returning the vehicle again, the tech found that the drain plug on the pan also had not been secured correctly. I departed the shop receiving no apology for the shoddy workmanship and am left with a large oil stain in my garage as a reminder.

For a basic alternator replacement and oil change on my 2014 Toyota RAV4, I was charged nearly $1,500 total. Breakdown: * Alternator replacement: $1,100 * Electrical diagnosis: $250 * Oil change: $150 After the repair, I called a Toyota dealership for comparison, and even the dealer quoted pricing that was about $500 less than what I paid here. The pricing felt extremely excessive and predatory, especially for someone stranded with a broken-down car. I strongly recommend getting multiple quotes before authorizing repairs at this shop. I can provide the full receipts and invoice breakdown if needed.

Front desk is always accommodating and currently Derek fits me in whenever I have a problem with my car. I'm sure if you shopped around you may find cheaper on some repairs and maybe not but for me the reliability is what counts. Eric absolutely always has my back, will go above and beyond to make sure I know what's wrong with my car and what he can do to fix it. There's never any pressure to have work done. They tell me what I need and don't try to upsell me. That's why I keep coming back. I trust that if there was something they couldn't fix they would send me to somewhere reliable. I will keep coming back while the current admin is there. Thank you Jersey Auto.

I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. I have a 2013 Hyundai which needed front brakes badly,…read morealso needed a tire plugged because it had a slow leak and wiper blades. I live in the area and pass by this place all the time so I figured I would give it a shot. I called and spoke to Kevin who was such a great guy. Very nice. Usually mechanics come off as abrupt but not him. I told him what I needed he said bring the car in and he will take a look. He had the car for about an hour then called me to tell me the front brakes were bad but thank god they didn't cut into the rotors. He said the front tire could use a plug but he'd rather patch it because it will last longer. And of course the wiper blades which I already knew. Kevin also checked the rear brakes and told me they were ok. Now I have had several experiences being a woman where men mechanics tried to take advantage of me because I am a woman. Back in the day I used to repair my own cars (starters, carburetors, alternators etc) but since technology has taken over and everything needs to be done with computers I no longer fix my own cars. I certainly could have replaced the brake pads myself but I just didn't feel like it. So I took the car to Kevin and had him do everything. I only mention that I used to repair my own cars just to show I do know when I'm being "taken for a ride". Now Kevin could have easily seen me as a woman and could have totally tried to take advantage of the fact most women do not know about cars and just take the mechanics word for the diagnosis. Kevin did not!! He told me my rear brakes were fine. I didn't even ask him to check them. He did that as a courtesy at no charge to me!! I did not tell him my knowledge about cars until mine was fixed. Kevin and his brother are 100% HONEST businessmen!!! They are not out to rip people off. They only repair what needs to be repaired and you CANNOT beat the price and how quickly the work was completed!!! All that work (parts & labor) for under $300, and he only had the car for approximately 4 hours. So whenever I need any work done they will be the only ones to repair my cars!! I took a few business cards as I always do when I'm satisfied with the service I was provided from a business and I keep them in my wallet. About a week after my car was repaired my mom who also has a Hyundai brought her car to them and she was also 100% satisfied. Just yesterday I was at the WaWa putting air in all my tires and I was speaking to the gentleman waiting and he mentioned he had a slow leak in his tire. This was about 3:30pm so I told him to go over and see Kevin. I didn't have the card because I gave them all out but I told him where they were since he is from the area as well and knew just where to go. This is an A++++++ business and I will continue to recommend Kevin to all my friends, family and even strangers who are having car trouble. Keep up the great work and your HONEST business practice. You definitely have me as a customer as long as Yous are in business. Again if you are looking for a mechanic that is A. Kind, B. Honest and C.
