Within 20 minutes of getting to his shop we were finished and back on the road. Even after leaving he sent me a text message checking on us and thanking us for supporting his business. I 100% recommend Fayette auto technicians if you need any tires or tire repair done. I will use them again if I ever need any tire repair or tires. Last but not least he only charged me $75 for a new tire which he also put it on and took the old one off the rim and disposed of it. They referred me to Direct Drive Diagnostics and when I got there, Thomas literally stopped what he was working on to assist me. This is arguably one of the best mechanic experiences I've ever had. Lisa the office Manager was a sweetheart and Thomas and his partner were able to assess what was wrong, and get my car up in running in roughly under 40 minutes. They were honest, hospitable, all had a great sense of humor and I felt welcomed and comforted that everything was going to be resolved. I highly recommend this place and even living in Brooklyn will bring my car back there moving forward because of how great and reliable they are. They call me to pick it up and i do. I get 1 mile away and the BMW overheats. So they come retow it back to their place. More time goes by and they say is ready to be picked up again. So i go back to pick it up again. And sure enough about 30 miles later, the engine goes. Once again we have it towed back to these people. Wait another few weeks and another $600 and i picked it up this morning. Sure as you can believe i am stranded on the side of the road AGAIN. And they take no responsibility. The shop was owned by William Vasquez RIP, inwhich, I never personally met but his Wife Pelkys and daughter Joanna run the shop since his death and they do an excellent job. I found that to be a rather unique situation because 99 % of shops are dominated by men. Nevertheless, I highly recomend this shop as a go to place , especially for women.
