It's even more pressing now as basement contractors are coming soon and they need more space to work. I made the appointment, then called in to get another at the last minute as I was concerned one trip might not be enough. No problem. The team lead, Steven, checked in twice before appt., including once to let me know they were 10 minutes out. The team arrived right on time and parked with respect to mine and my neighbor's properties. The team consisted of three polite, professional young men -- Spencer, Aaron and Basim, (have to make sure they get the shout out they deserve). Spencer took a look at what was to go and gave me a firm estimate, (which he said I could make less if I wanted fewer things moved). Not necessary; it was an extremely reasonable price. They got to work immediately and didn't stop until it was all out. It took less than 30 min. for something I was sure would take them the full two hour time slot. Aaron even took the time to ask me if I was sure I wanted to toss two old license plates -- noting that once they were tossed some less than law abiding person might take the opportunity to attach them to their own car. Big oops on my part! Big thanks to Aaron! The next appt. is a few days away and I'm sure they'll do another great job.

BE ADVISED: I am…read moreextremely disappointed with my recent experience with BrightNest Cleaning. I scheduled a standard cleaning for $125 with the manager. The cleaner who arrived asked to take photographs of my apartment to share with her manager. Approximately five minutes later, the manager contacted me to inform me that the price would be increased from $125 to $225 for a deep clean, citing the condition of the bathroom. A last-minute price increase after scheduling is unprofessional. Because I canceled they charged me a cancellation fee.I did not receive the cleaning service I originally scheduled and was still charged $50 following the price increase. I found the business practices to be unprofessional and would not recommend this service.

(And it was terrible weather that day though turned better.) Reasonable price. I can't believe he came the same day an hour or so later. He was so helpful and accommodating and fast. Also, I found a dead mouse before he came and he took care of that for me too. There were two times he was like are you sure you want me to take all of this stuff here, after I told him take all of everything over there. And I was so glad he pointed it out. It was a couple things I wanted to keep and did- one was a good tool and other was expensive Xmas tree stand. He could have taken and I wouldn't have noticed until way later at new house and would have been my own fault. He also didn't take the expensive contractor garbage bags that he found in various places. Like I wouldn't have noticed had he taken them. So I trust him and would def recommend and use again.
