Despite having our full inventory in advance--and after we moved some items ourselves--they arrived with an undersized truck and had to make multiple trips, resulting in unfair extra charges for time and mileage. Several items and parts of our home were damaged. Overall, poor planning, surprise fees, and avoidable damage. Very poor value for the cost. Would not hire again.

I made the appointment, then called in to get another at the last minute as I was concerned one trip might not be enough. No problem. The team lead, Steven, checked in twice before appt., including once to let me know they were 10 minutes out. The team arrived right on time and parked with respect to mine and my neighbor's properties. The team consisted of three polite, professional young men -- Spencer, Aaron and Basim, (have to make sure they get the shout out they deserve). Spencer took a look at what was to go and gave me a firm estimate, (which he said I could make less if I wanted fewer things moved). Not necessary; it was an extremely reasonable price. They got to work immediately and didn't stop until it was all out. It took less than 30 min. for something I was sure would take them the full two hour time slot. Aaron even took the time to ask me if I was sure I wanted to toss two old license plates -- noting that once they were tossed some less than law abiding person might take the opportunity to attach them to their own car.
