All Exteriors did my parents roof a few years ago and they loved the job they did. I didn't think ours would be hail damaged since our roof was just a couple of years old. Boy was I wrong! We had damage to both our shingled roof and metal roof and needed a complete replacement. All Exteriors made this process so easy. Bill, the owner is an extremely experienced roofer who knows his stuff when it comes to insurance jobs. There are some sketchy companies from out of town (and some local) that will over promise and under deliver. Using a company where the owners/management actually have hands-on roofing experience is so crucial when it comes to your home. We could not be more thrilled with what a difference getting our roof redone has made to the appearance of our house. We got to choose any color we wanted at no additional cost making this feel like a true home makeover. If you live in Easton where we had that terrible hailstorm in May, I urge you to have All Exteriors come do a free roof inspection for you! You'd be surprised what damage you may have. I highly recommend All Exteriors and would absolutely use them again in the future.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. My concerns are not about the…read morequality of the roofing itself, but about the complete lack of professionalism, customer service, and respect shown throughout the process. I attempted to contact the company by phone four separate times to speak with someone regarding my concerns, and no one answered or returned my calls. A business should be accessible to its customers, especially when issues arise. What was most alarming was the conduct of the crew when they arrived at the job site. They entered the parking lot at an unsafe speed and nearly struck two children who were walking through the area. Instead of slowing down and patiently waiting for the children to move, they continued driving in a reckless manner. When I addressed the situation, there was no apology, concern, or acknowledgment of how serious the incident could have been. In addition, the crew caused unnecessary damage by tearing up sections of the yard and left debris behind instead of properly cleaning the work area after the job was completed. Respecting a customer's property should be a basic expectation. Professionalism goes beyond completing the work--it also includes communication, safety, accountability, and leaving a property in good condition. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of those standards. I hope the company takes these concerns seriously and makes meaningful improvements so future customers do not have a similar experience.
