The staff is so friendly -- from the employees up front to the specialists who perform the spa services -- they're all very nice and sweet. The locker room is very spacious and is kept very clean. The spa area is soothing, relaxing, and inviting. I'm considering purchasing the spa membership because I know I'll keep returning over and over again! The one thing I wish was different is their reservation system -- currently, the only way to make a spa reservation is to call. I was surprised to find out they don't take online reservations, which would be more convenient for me.

He got me and my husband set up quickly and with such a great attitude! We also had our bands set up for when we went in to take our first classes. The trainers are also really great. They quickly introduced themselves as they noticed we were new and throughout the class, they check on you to make sure you're handling everything well and that you're doing the exercises correctly. I have really been enjoying these classes and am excited about going on this fitness journey with OTF!
