It's been very transformative in my fitness journey and couldn't be more happy to have found this community. The workouts are released on a nightly basis and there's several different class times to choose from. All of the coaches are great and have so much knowledge to offer regardless of where you are in your journey. The owner is so nice and very involved- he will lead many of the classes as well. In the 8 months that I've been here, I have seen several upgrades as well, which is nice. For anyone looking to join a CrossFit gym, SOCF would be my recommendation!

The staff is so friendly -- from the employees up front to the specialists who perform the spa services -- they're all very nice and sweet. The locker room is very spacious and is kept very clean. The spa area is soothing, relaxing, and inviting. I'm considering purchasing the spa membership because I know I'll keep returning over and over again! The one thing I wish was different is their reservation system -- currently, the only way to make a spa reservation is to call. I was surprised to find out they don't take online reservations, which would be more convenient for me.
