What I liked the most was the unbelievable array of colors available in shirts and the beautiful, stylish ties. I purposely looked at the tags on a wide variety of items and I doubt you could leave without spending less than $100. However, I didn't check the tie clip or cuff link prices, so they might be lower. The average polo shirt that I looked at was $115 or more, I found button-ups for $225 and saw jackets for well over $300. I didn't bother looking at suits. Ed Williams also carries shoes, I saw a fedora and there's a section with casual wear (mostly targeted to slender men). What really sold me on Ed Williams though is the service; the staff are all incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and aren't going to pester you with frustrating "hard-sell" techniques. Ron and Lowell were both especially helpful when my partner and I were in looking for wedding attire, and took the time to help us find a number of great options that fit our style and budget. Would definitely recommend for any suits, formal and business wear, these guys really know their stuff, and will treat you like a human being while they're at it!

My fiance and I are getting married in Toronto in September of this year. His groomsmen and our fathers live in the Calgary, the Caymans, Ottawa, and Toronto. Suiting all these men proved to be a very difficult task. Enter Formans. The staff at Formans are unlike any staff I have EVER met. It is a family run business, and it is clear that they are passionate and proud of what they do. Their store is absolutely gorgeous, with beautiful clothing. Their knowledge is exceptional. Their friendliness is out of this world. And *genuine*. I left their store wide-eyed and speechless. Being self-employed myself, I am often frustrated at the poor customer care received these days. The staff at Formans blew my mind. My fiance and his men look stunning. They have all said nothing but amazing things about Formans. They truly treat you like family. Unfortunately I had an accident a few weeks ago that leave me with a injuries and deformities that will still be evident on my wedding day. At hearing this from my fiance, Simone at Formans surprised me and sent me this absolutely beautiful, large floral arrangement. I called and expressed my appreciation. Actually brought tears to my eyes. This woman owes me nothing and barely knows me. What a kind soul! Men: Go to Formans. I recalled hearing Tanyia Tucker rave about this place as she was playing on the main stage, the night before. I decided to call the phone number as the website. I'm so happy that I called. The most kind and welcoming voice answered the phone and said "Yes, we can fit the belt to your 32" waist, please come on over and we'll let you in." I was fitted up with a belt in no time and also had a most wonderful conversation about life. It was truly a Supreme experience! I would totally recommend this place to anybody. I mean everybody. To any person looking for trousers, dress shirts, ties, belts or socks either for themselves or as a gift. The belt I purchased was a gift to myself. The conversation and connection inside was a gift from something bigger than us. You'll get treatment you'll never forget. I went in on Friday to get my child's blood work done. I came early (5pm) as the numbing cream needed time. Walk-in was to start at 5:30pm.I was paged on my phone at 5:28 pm. I went in and went to the desk. I waited until I was acknowledged by the man in the dark green shirt. He was at the counter (no one at the desk). I explained I had been paged but needed some extra time for the numbing cream to work. He did not give any eye contact, shrugged his shoulders and was arrogant and passive aggressive in his replies. I politely asked for more time for the numbing cream to work. He shrugged his shoulders. He started getting red in the face, his body was shaking and he was shuffling papers. He got angrier and more agitated the more I asked questions, like "does the numbing cream still work if it has not been on the required time?" He said, "How do I know?" and "I don't know anything about numbing cream." Calmly, I told him I would return to the lobby where I was instructed to wait, and waited longer. No one came and got me for my bloodwork. A female patient leaving the office, came to get me. The staff and the other lady at the desk that the manager was with a patient, then that there was no manager. While I was in the lobby, the lady staff member came out with a lady not in scrubs. This might have been the manager. I took my children to the lobby to wait for our ride. I didn't see the man from the lab come down the elevator so he must have taken an other route. He sat in the lobby, texting on his phone. As he left, I told him his behaiour was unacceptable.' I have worked with problematic behaviour as a career, lol. He yelled back, "I am not working right now so I don't have to be nice to you" as he came close to us as he was exiting by the front doors. My daughter was frightened. Thanks to the two wonderful strangers who waited with us outside until my husband showed up. More photos to come & updates. We came to the mall to use the playplace and were going to go shopping after the kids played and got rid of some energy but because of this we will never go this mall again. Also couldn't believe the people running the "customer service" station directly outside the closed off play area. The staff seemed to only care about their phones while we were trying to check in to the ridiculous app. Not sure who's brilliant idea this play area waiting app was but it's having the opposite effect that they were after I'm sure. It was a perfect mix of system, judgement, and tact. I really appreciated the way he coordinated the entire process from selection, alterations, pick-up, and the interface with shoes and belts which is a different department. A special mention to Thelis who helped me select the best-looking leather shoes I've ever owned. Near the end, the owner came out just to introduce himself. O'Connors is a case-study in how a business can successfully use superior service and quality to build loyalty. It doesn't always have to be about price.
