Wanted to give him a chance but had a bad experience. 1st Time here with a 8pm appt and as me and my husband sat down it was becoming clear he wasn't going to acknowledge us-he was busy with other customers. After finally telling him we had an appointment, how much longer? He said at least another hour. Upsetting because we had to seek the information and it seemed he didn't really care about us as customers. OK yes it's tax season, you see many people this time of year, but to make appointments and not honor them or have a system to call when you are running late is not acceptable.
