Very down to earth and effective tax accountants. They simplified my tax return and advised on strategies to reduce tax liability for future stock sales. Fairly expensive to file the return, but you get what you pay for. I went to Will Crammer for a couple years to do my taxes. Seemed great at the time getting tax returns. Then I got audited by the irs in 2018 for my 2016 and 2017 taxes. The audits still haven't been resolved Today. That's not totally crammer fault, I wanted to comment on the lack of customer service and poor communication. At the start there was no price or rate discussed. After meetings I would request copies of letters and communication with the irs so I could have in my file. It took probably 10 messages to get one letter or info on what was sent. Also, whenever I talked to will on the phone, apparently I was getting charged $250/hr even if it was for 10-15 minutes. Flash forward to a couple months ago, I get a bill of $1250 with no breakdown of hours or anything. The only response I got was this is what it costs pay it or leave it. This was all email and no one would call to discuss. Communication of how my money was being spent could have mitigated this issue. I could have called the irs instead of racking up $250/hr rates on my bill. If you do work with these guys, ask for the rates and estimates up front and be very clear on what you want them to do or don't do so you avoid getting a large bill at the end with an unresolved audit. Two stars for lack of communication, service, and unresolved audit. Matt read more

His front office workers are also super friendly and attentive. I have called several times for copies of past tax returns and they send them to me right away.
