Does not honor the time set for appointment called two times in between I understand 10 minutes 20 min even third or 45 min late or even a call to reschedule but no I get a call 1hr and 18min late acting like nothing happened. I had asked my boss for extra lunch time to take this call. Instead I was left hanging lost money and never got my taxes done. I under your busy but so are you or clients. Terrible service from the owner of the office. Horrible Attitude and tries to pressure you into making a decision.

WARNING!! If you are not filing a W-2...DO NOT COME HERE. They can't handle tax filings that aren't simple W-2's. Customer service is 50/50 depends on what mood they're in. I took my 1040s (he'll charge roughly $245 for these...kinda ridiculous but the good reviews eased me into paying) and paid $650 for three years returns. This guy Felix knows the system and I've reported him and this business to the BBB. They're probably good at what they do but so good they know too many tricks to like Feliz says "LETS NOT GET CAUGHT WITH OUR HAND IN THE COOKIE JAR." Well Felix, they red flagged my return and now I owe again thanks to you. I gave them my business last year and I set up an appointment to fix this issue on November 2019. They canceled and I was patient and called MONTHLY in December, again in January, again in February and yesterday in March. Felix finally answered and said my debt was from 2014 not from when he filed (basically so he wouldn't have to help me for free even tho he filed these taxes for me) and said he be happy to walk over but not help because he's so busy. I actually referred people and put money in that dumb tree in his office. Blessings to him and his fam but man they ducked me over. I've gone to many different places for taxes but out of all of them this is the most worthwhile. I drive over an hour to come here to see Felix because he does the long form and really takes his time to get me the correct amount. I'm actually taking my last years taxes for revision with Felix because every other tax guy did the short form for me & ripped me off. I would highly recommend this place! You pay a little more than average for their services but it's certainly worth it. I've referred my family to Felix and they've all had wonderful experiences and have referred their friends :) The only negative is that you do wait... a lot lol. This is literally the best place to go for your taxes! I have been going here for the past four years and it's been such an easy transition from year to year because they keep everything on file.
