Then when I inquired about the increase she "modified" my taxes to pay $400 more and reduce my costs by $50 she started to make these changes without letting me know. Thankfully I was aware of what my numbers prior to the modification were and requested for her to do return them as they were initially. This concerns me about how my financials are being handled. The person doing my taxes is supposed to the be the President/CEO but a secretary felt the need to come over and lecture me about the way I was "treating" the president/CEO to be clear after she tried to "modify" my taxes I was angry. Prior to that I expressed by dissatisfaction with the lack on notification for the changes but did not dispute paying. My family has been coming here over 40 years. My parents have brought in may family members. Unfortunately this will be the last year. It was a pleasure when Carlos was running things but the unprofessionalism today was disappointing.
