I schlepped through the mall with my shoe bags and my daughter finding another bathroom. When I passed by again, I was curious because they'd always had a bathroom in the past. I went to the back of the store and there is a multi stall bathroom not locked or anything. When confronted about it, they stammered that they'd recently had some plumbing problems and are instructed to discourage customers from using the bathroom. They replied via e-mail within hours and said "No problem" come on down. My other choice was going to be Men's Warehouse but after looking at the horrible reviews on their Duluth outlet I made up my mind to trust Mainstream Fashions for Men. What a great decision that was. I arrived at 10:00am and after just a couple questions he had pulled out a suit coat to try on and the second one fit perfect. Without asking my measurements he pulled out a pair of pants that fit perfectly and then did the same with a collared shirt. I was done in 15 minutes and as I was leaving the store he was already taking my suit to their alterations store across the street and he notified me by text when they were done. Wow, if only every store offered that kind of customer service. I can't recommend this place enough and I found the prices to be very reasonable. Alterations were included and he gave me a nice discount for being a Veteran. Thanks Mainstream Fashions for Men for a great looking suit that fits perfect and didn't break the bank. Mark

I walked around in them on a monastery's (no lie) *very* clean floors for a few days, & the shoes started to pinch in a spot. It was no problem to return them because saleswoman told me if they still looked new I could do so. This was important and very appreciated because I have arch issues on one foot & must wear the shoes for a bit to make sure my foot won't hurt. After returning the first pair, I asked if they had something similar in a different brand. Sales guy recommended the Brooks brand (which I'd never tried). They were perfect, though they cost more -- about $120. But they've been very worth it for the few weeks I've worn them. You won't get cheap shoes here, but you'll get good, high quality athletic shoes and service worth the extra cost.
