I schlepped through the mall with my shoe bags and my daughter finding another bathroom. When I passed by again, I was curious because they'd always had a bathroom in the past. I went to the back of the store and there is a multi stall bathroom not locked or anything. When confronted about it, they stammered that they'd recently had some plumbing problems and are instructed to discourage customers from using the bathroom. I will call the manager tomorrow but have a hard time remembering the last time I was treated so rudely as a paying customer in a store!

The selection is always so great here that you can always find something that makes it worth the trip. It's was January in Minnesota so that met that all of there spring/summer sandals and high heels were defiantly on sale. At $8 per pair... I bought like 10 pair of shoes.. The store was actually super clean and well organized. They also sell handbags, socks, and other miscellaneous accessories. The staff is super friendly and you can sign up for their rewards program to save more money. I will probably be back. There's always room for more shoes in my closet. If the closet is full then I can always find space somewhere else. I can probably find a few accessories and purses as well.

Many rows of boots, a large selection of hats, and tons of western clothing. There may have been 2 other patrons in the store. I noticed that there were no sales people on the floor, but there were three young women behind the sales counter. These ladies never looked up from their phones. We first went to look for boots. After 20 minutes looking at boots, we figured out how the boots were laid out as far as sizing and where the second boot was. Occasionally I would look to the sales desk only to see the tops of heads looking down at their phones. We found a pair that fit our feet and liking. We then went over to the hats. Again glancing at the counter only to see faces in phones. The store had filled up with about 15 more customers at this point. After a few minutes at the hats, I saw a man in a cowboy hat behind the counter. He immediately came over and helped us find a quality cowboy hat. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We went to checkout and he explained the rewards program and if we had issues with any of the products we could go to any Boot Barn for resolution. We left knowing we would probably be back the next day to use our points. Our second trip yielded similar customer support, sans the man in the cowboy hat. While there were no employees behind the counter, there appeared to be two stocking shelves. Neither one approached us to offer assistance. We had to try on some clothes so we went to the changing room. The first stall had no place to put the clothing as all the hooks were filled with clothing that had yet to be returned for stocking. The second stall had about half as much so we moved that to the first stall so we could try on the clothes. No one came to check to see if any assistance was needed, which meant having to get fully dressed to go out in the store to grab different sizes, then having to try on clothes again. Also, because some of the clothing is hung high on hooks, we had to find the extension hook to take clothes down. All the elements of good customer service were missing. Although the quality of the products was there, we don't believe the management has fostered a customer service culture at this location.
