We reached out to Arnold for a pre-purchase inspection. While six other places quoted us $250-$350 for a "comprehensive" inspection, we paid Arnold $100, which was a STEAL for what he did, even more than what the others promised. He spent at least two hours thoroughly checking the vehicle, test driving it and walking us through every detail so we truly understood its condition. We were looking at buying an Audi Q4 e-tron that had a damage report. A reputable dealership told us it was "minor" and offered to take it to the mechanic for our peace of mind. After browsing Yelp and reading the amazing reviews, we decided to come here instead and I'm so glad we did. I had already done my due diligence and familiarized myself with the vehicle and potential issues. I asked Arnold very specific, technical questions that I already knew the answers to. He answered every single one with clarity and confidence and everything I was expecting to hear. My husband stayed the entire time, and Arnold patiently explained everything while inspecting the car. You can tell he was that kid that made the auto shop his playground growing up. He's passionate, meticulous, and GENUINELY cares. What impressed me most is that Arnold will never pressure you. Red flags: David insisted $600 trunk repair "wouldn't be good enough" for my Tesla lease, pushed $2.9k replacement. After they missed bumper damage ($600), he suddenly said repair would "look just fine" and offered to "make it even at $2.9k." That's $1,200 worth of work for $2,900--when I asked for itemized invoices, he refused and ghosted me, claiming "system doesn't allow it." At pickup, they handed me an invoice for $4.1k. Then printed a SECOND invoice--same $4.1k total but R&R costs, labor, and parts had shifted by hundreds of dollars, plus a mysterious $1,322 "discount" we never received. How do line items change while the total stays identical? Called my mom (an accountant) to review. After nearly 2 hours of them insulting her for asking legitimate questions, they claimed it was "accounting between two shops to avoid double-taxing our deposit"--ironic since they offered $300 cash discount to dodge taxes. Staff contradicted themselves: first said OEM part (explaining scratches), then insisted it was "brand new" when questioned. I walked in and they immediately greeted me, helped whoever was in line, and then came out with me to look at my tires. The gentleman who helped me looked at them and then explained that what I needed was new tires not a patch. My tires were so worn that he did not recommend me driving a long ways on them. I asked what the cost would be and he gave me three different quotes so that I could choose the one that best suited me. I recently had body work done on my car and was saddened when the gentleman let me know that a tire alignment was skipped. They replaced my tires within 2 hours (they drove and picked up my tires from another location) and did the tire alignment and they also made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I have a lot of appreciation for this place and you should too. I've been driving on the new tires for two weeks and my life is changed. Highly recommend for tires, alignments, tune ups, and everything in between. The mechanics also interact a lot with customers and seem pretty happy here (that's a good sign).
