Jonathan has once again made it so easy to keep my gutters & solar panels clean! I was lucky to have found him 2 years ago aftet he responded so quickly to my inquiry. I appreciate so much that he texts me an annual maintenance reminder; today will make the 3rd year in a row that he's blasted out all the gunk & leaves from my gutters, and then cleared away every leaf neatly into my green bin. Starting last year I added solar panel cleaning - and boy did they need it. There was moss growing underneath them because they had never been cleaned! I'm so disappointed with this company. They came to do our windows 3 months ago and they did an amazing job. I rehired them to do it again and they failed miserably. The lack of communication and in the situation I was put was so uncomfortable. They obviously don't want our business. So the day of our appointment the technician didn't show up when I called them they didn't know what was going on. Later that day I get a text from the technician saying he had gone to do the job 3 months ago and he no longer works for the company but could go and do my windows. Me being a nice person contacts the company and they basically tell me to look somewhere else. Don't waste your time. So unprofessional. read more
