After describing the problem to Becky, she suggested I bring it in for diagnostics. Got a call the next day from Eytan who said that probably due to a firmware update on the internal Wi-Fi adapter, it was no longer compatible to my wireless router. He disabled the adapter and inserted a USB wi-fi adapter and voila! Back in business. Quick and reasonable. These folks are knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and friendly. What else do you need?

Replacing it would have cost close to $800. Costco recommended a company called ITI. I called them, and they said they could fix it for $300. ITI must sub-contract this work locally to Computer Specialists because the business card that was left after the fact was for Computer Specialists and not ITI. I had to pay the money up-front via providing my credit card info over the phone, which I didn't like. However, shortly after paying and filling out a few approval forms. A technician called me and told me my parts were on order and would call back when they arrive. My technician, Christie was super nice & called all the time to confirm details prior to arriving. The repair itself was quick. I totally recommend this company if your TV needs repair. You might save some serious dough in repairing it rather than replacing it.

And now I have to replace the entire fan because the work he did completely ruined it. I am now paying like triple to fix what he damaged. When I called back to get a partial refund I was just met with a condescending attitude and was told everything he did was just his opinion. Well in my opinion when you run a business, the work you provide is no longer an opinion. I'm paying for a service that I did not only not get fixed BUT had to go somewhere else to fix it. After a lot of testing by them we decided to re-platform to a larger HAF case for cooling purposes. They also tuned the heat settings since my AMD Ryzen was/is the problem.
