I HOPE FOUND MY DREAM HOT TUB!!!! I had a PHENOMENAL experience with Michael at Sweetwater on 1604!…read moreFrom the moment I walked in, he took the time to educate me on some of the hot tubs in the store and answered every single question. One of my favorite parts of the experience was being able to actually sit in the hot tubs, bring my family with me, and really take our time deciding what would work best for us. I've been shopping around for months comparing hot tubs on Amazon and visiting other hot tub stores around San Antonio and nothing compared to the prices and financing options at this location. Michael helped us find one of the best hot tubs for my budget, timeline, and medical needs. Michael had an amazing price for Memorial Day weekend, so I truly feel blessed to have found Sweetwater. If you're looking for a hot tub and want someone who is patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping you find the right fit, ask for Michael!

I was looking for a hot tub to be installed before Christmas. I'm a disabled veteran and suffer…read morethrough pretty severe pain 24/7, so I was specifically looking for a hot tub to help with my pain. I considered going to a few shops in town but stopped in here and met Jimmy, their salesperson, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and I knew immediately I didn't need to go anywhere else. Jimmy wasn't concerned with selling me the most expensive model; he wanted me to find the model that was right for my needs. Jimmy even came out to my house on his day off and helped me figure out where to put the tub, so I could get the electrical work done to have the tub installed by Christmas, which I am extremely grateful for. If you're looking for a hot tub, which is a pretty big investment for most of us, and you want some peace of mind to go along with your purchase, go see Jimmy at Sweetwater. I can't recommend Sweetwater and Jimmy enough.

My sales guy knew his business. I felt like he was working for me, and trying to recommend the best tub based on my needs. He did not push the top of the line, but showed me three models that fit every detail I asked for. I'm in my tub all the time as I work out a lot, and it is a huge help. I recommend Sweetwater to anyone who needs a quality product and wants a no hassle, enjoyable experience.

The franchise owner did not what to accept responsibility for their horrible service. The service personnel in collaboration with the franchise owner lack integrety and neither is customer service driven, skimping on chemicals and providing many excuses for their lack of service. Very disappointed customer, so much so we fired this company and went with what is currently a service provider that cleaned up the mess left by Pinch A Penny and now has our pool sparking clean! We DO NOT recommend Pinch A Penny pool service, buyer beware.

I cannot say enough good things about Landmark Pool and Spa. Hardy and Amy have built a strong…read morereputation on being a family owned business that cares about its customers. My pool never has a "down time" or bad season, and sparkles with clear water year round. My mother in law used Landmark for her pool and as soon as we built our pool ten years ago, we hired them. They have been part of our family for more than twenty years. Hardy and Amy treat their customers like family - and treat our pool as they would their own. A pool is a big investment, and I like knowing a professional is keeping an eye on it and keeping it in tip-top shape.

And what amazes me about the service they've provided me is that I'm on the once-every-other-week plan and yet, all I have to do in between visits is turn on the water for about an hour every now and then to make up for the evaporation that occurs during the dry season or during a drought. I also like the fact that they're a small family-owned local business which means they're better at customizing their services to meet the needs of their customers. For example, I can tell them that if I'm out of town and can't be reached and something needs fixing to fix it if the cost is below a certain amount. My only regret is that I didn't post this review sooner - I didn't even know they had a Facebook page until now. My bad.

I came in to look at a used motorcycle and while I appreciate the staff taking the time to let me…read moreview and test ride the bike, the overall presentation and experience fell far short of what you'd expect when spending that kind of money. The motorcycle had obvious cosmetic drop damage (scuffed clutch cover, exhaust, and bar end), which I understand can happen on used inventory and I was told about before hand because I noticed a scuff on the clutch cover so I asked the shop owner about it. What concerned me was the complete lack of basic preparation and presentation: the bike was dusty/dirty, and both the rear brake reservoir and coolant were sitting right on the low line. If a shop asks for top-dollar pricing, basic fluid top-offs and wiping down the machine should be the bare minimum standard before putting it on the floor. When I asked about coverage or warranty options for peace of mind regarding the drop history, I was told they don't offer extended warranties because "it's a used bike and you never know when an engine might blow," beyond a basic 30-day dealer guarantee. Expecting a buyer to take on 100% of the long-term risk on a tipped-over machine without even properly prepping or topping off the fluids doesn't build confidence in their intake or inspection process. I chose to walk away and hold onto my money. I recommend future buyers thoroughly inspect any pre-owned inventory here before making a deal.
